The support from Gemiini has been amazing till now. Just finished with a scheduled telephonic conversation with one of the System's support member and it was amazing. When I logged on and got on board I was veryyy very much excited but also confused about which level my son is at ,and to be honest was scared to scroll about and see what videos are available. The support call is very useful. The specialist gave a tour of all the available resources and the videos recommended for a particular learning level in addition to the ones in the pyramid. It would have been otherwise hard for me to find out if I had not talked to the specialist.
