A great home server you can set up and forget.
Surprisingly fast when running Windows 11. Even faster when running DietPi OS. Excellent for hardware transcoding video through Jellyfin. I'm using this Mini PC as a home server for DNS and VPN as well. Rock-solid so far.

My second GEEKOM purchase this summer.
This is my second GEEKOM purchase this summer. My first purchase was a AIR 12 mini PC. I have been sufficiently impressed with that computer such that when my daily user laptop died, I decided to try a GEEKOM laptop. So far I like the new laptop, with the caveat, as pointed out by other reviewers, the left and right click areas on the trackpad are a bit too small and awkward mostly because the trackpad is larger than I am accustomed to using.

Speedy little computer
Ordering was easy, the computer is a great replacement for my extended family's needs. My 6 year old in-laws computer died due to a lightning strike. It was an I5 with 16gb ram, and a 2tb ssd. Finding any replacement that met those requirements would have cost me 400 to 600 dollars more than what I paid for this. I was very happy with the new computer's speed too.

It was easy to order online
It was easy to order online. I just received the laptop and have not had a chance to set it up Compared to most of the vendors for other brand, delivery was late - took time to ship and additional 5 days to receive it after receiving the email advising the unit is shipped as it was shipped FedEx ground. The unit arrived without any damage. The packaging was great and the unit looks great. I hope it will work as great as it looks for a long time.

An Awesome Little PC!
This little Geekom PC kicks butt! I was really surprised how fast it is. And it handles any of the graphic situations I have thrown at it with only the built in graphics. I did add 16 gb of ram to the two computers I bought but they were doing fine even before I added memory. They were very easy to setup and have plenty of ports to support my needs going into the future. I will definitely recommend Geekom to family and friends in the future.

Solid Machine
It's a solid machine so far. IT13 Ultra 9 with Intel Arc Graphics w/Win11 Pro. Setup was easy. I did add 16GB of RAM and a 2TB storage drive without issue. I didn't notice any bloatware during setup, but it's my wife's computer. One thing I don't like is not being able to change the power plan from balanced to performance without going into BIOS. I'm considering GEEKOM for my next laptop. I use Arch, BTW.
