Experience is great, but review requests are irritating.
Experience is great, however, the amount of "reminders" to review the company are out of bounds irritating. Stop it! Ask one time.. if I have time, I'll review.. if not, I won't. When I get 5 plus reminders, it pisses me off. That causes me to knock a star off your rating. Is that really what you want?

Excellent service. I got the response within 24 hours after I sent some questions and concerns about my orders. Very good and fast delivery. I got my mini computer in three days from the day of the order. The mini computer is running well so far. I have no choice to give an A for the service.

I like the price
I like the price, however bluetooth power is pretty weak, getting spotty a 20 feet. I cannot get a wireless Logitech Keyboard/Mouse to work less than 2 feet from the unit.
After using this device for a couple weeks, I find it meets my needs perfectly. I have not contacted Geekom Support, so my problems may be easily fixed.

Efficient ordering and very fast shipping.
Shopping for one was very easy since the best price is on the Geekom website. Using the discount code beat out Amazon and Best Buy for sure. Shipping was as promised, it delivered in 2 days. The purchasing experience was fine. I had received a few emails after the purchase acknowledging the order and shipping notification. You have to trust the company you do business with starting at fulfillment and honoring promises....
On August 30, 2026 I ordered a GEEKOM IT15 (Core Ultra 9 285H, 32GB DDR5, 2TB SSD) from the GEEKOM US Store on Amazon for $799. Invoiced & paid. On September 2 the box arrived with an IT13 Max inside: Ultra 9 185H, 24GB, 500GB. The label on the unit says IT13 Max. My order and invoice say IT15.
I contacted GEEKOM support the same day. Their first reply, September 2, said they would "ensure the correct IT15 Mini PC is shipped to you at no additional cost." On September 3 a GEEKOM agent confirmed in writing "a mismatch between the ordered product information (title/SKU) and the actual device received" and promised "a proper solution within 24 hours."
I will update this review with the outcome. I genuinely hope this is a situation that is a success story, and not a reason to avoid the company.

*****UPDATE****** Update to the Update (Everything I wrote below, they changed the terms again!!! after I accepted a resolution they said, no that wasn't what we meant, you were confused.) I will update
"Geekom did reach out personally, and has done a great job of finding a resolution that is more than fair in light of stock issues. It says a lot about a company as a whole that takes responsibility to follow through and correct mistakes. I left most of the original details for reference, but I will do business with Geekom again, knowing they are a trustworthy company that cares about customers."

Updates and SD slots
Part of what dissatisfaction I have, is due to my lack of knowledge I will admit, but I hate that there are no full sized SD slots. I bought this laptop for photography work which I use exclusively full sized cards for. I have bought an adapter so it will still work but it’s still frustrating. And now I open the laptop for the first time in roughly 4 days and it’s been “cleaning up” for 20 minutes so far and is still at 0% complete.
Overall when I have used it, I like the speed and the color quality of the screen as well as screen size.

I love the components you get for the price. The track pad however, is miserable. you can only click on the lower 1/4 of the pad. If you are actually holding it on your lap, it is extremly difficult or impossible to do a left mouse click. Most touch pads allow clicks elswhere on the trackpad area
