First geekcom product
First geekcom product. M16 laptop for my son in college. Arrived within a week of ordering. Tracking number and link associated with it led to page my browser flagged as malicious website. Used the tracking number different way and got updates from geekom and FedEx. Outer box was slightly damaged, but contents(inner box) was pristine. Laptop requires 60 to 100w usbc power source (which it comes with) to power on the first time. Son bypassed windows requirement for outlook login, signed in for local account. And screen came up. No dead pixels, bright and gorgeous. Keys were good for him to type on, pages and apps came up quick. Very responsive. Only issue was, it requires 60w USB source to charge. Comes with 100w brick. He said got little warm on his lap, but he turned power options to eco mode, and it was more bearable. Got it on sale for about 750.

A5 Mini pc
I think it came a day earlier than promised. It was easy to set up, but I have been a little slow in moving everything from the old computer. It is much faster than my old computer and is tiny. The only thing I don't like is that when it goes to sleep, I either have to hit the "enter" button twice and move the mouse a couple times or hit the power button on the computer. I'm still trying to decide if I should mount on behind the monitor.

Keyboard isnt great.
Some of the keys feel like they are 'sticky' and have a cheap feel and the track pad can take some getting used to. Apart from that the screen looks great, the laptop is super light and the specs are good.

Ordered A6 computer over two weeks ago. Received a confirmation email, but no shipping details. Reached out to Geekom using their service email - with no response, not even an automated response acknowledging email. Multiple attempts to contact them have now gone unanswered.

So small, so good
Having used "D" products for years...bulky, pricey and problematic.
This is great, still getting use to not having a desk filled edge to edge with equipment. Nice to have a pc that moves without flinching, just moving. So far I have no complaints, only compliments. Having a 3 year warranty is a sweet bonus.
Funny I looked at all the normal brands...I asked AI who gave me a few names to try. Geekom intrigued and glad it did.

My pavkage was supposed to be delovered on the 5th. It was not today is the 10th and its still not here. I've reached out to FedEx opend tickets no update. I reached out to Geekom on the 5th no response. Its impossible to rate anything with this transaction. No one Geekom or FedEx has provided any update.

My geekom mini pc stopped working after…
My geekom mini pc stopped working after 3 months of purchasing it. I reached out to geekom customer support and gave them receipts and all info they requested to confirm purchase and after they reviewed info they said “After reviewing your purchase receipt, we have identified that your GEEKOM device was purchased through Best Buy's official store. we are unable to access the order details or warranty information in our internal system, and as such, we are unable to process an in-house hardware warranty replacement or repair claim for this specific purchase” in which why do they sell there product in Best Buy stores if they aren’t gonna provide customers with there supposedly warranty. And then customer service representatives said to take it to Best Buy to have warranty taken care by Best Buy and Best Buy say they can’t do anything on their end and they say that geekom should be able to take care of warranty claims and they say that I can have it fixed by geek squad @ Best Buy store but I would have to come out of pocket for repairs which is very frustrating since I paid $500 dollars for geekom item and they can’t even provide warranty which they claim comes with the product on Best Buy website.
I would stay away from this company they don’t honor their warranty and customer service is horrible to deal with they reply every other day. I wish I would have never purchased from geekom save your money.

Geekom's order workflow and notification system keeps you up to date on every step of the delivery. Once processed the order was delivered in 3-4 days. I haven't set up the system but have two other minis and are very pleased with their performance.

I bought the X16 Pro
I bought the X16 Pro. The laptop is very nice looking, loaded with good Ram and a fast enough processor. The backlit keyboard works well. I use a mouse so I ignored comments about the trackpad. It comes with a multi port dongle which is something you have to buy with any other PC I have had, nice touch. I'm not real thrilled with the resolution, mainly because for the last 10+ years I have had an OLED screen and loved the resolution. It says it has a 120 hz refresh rate that's a plus. Overall its plenty nice and the customer service is quick to respond, and a 3 year warranty is better than any brand I have had previously. So far very satisfied.
