Geekbuying Omdömen 

Ho perso 250 euro! State alla larga!
Ho comprato uno Xiaomi Redmi 4X (17/01/2018, 120 € - arrivato il 28/02/2018) ed ero così entusiasta che anche mio fratello mi ha chiesto di comprargli due ZTE Nubia M2 NX551J (21/03/2018, 2 x 135 = 270 € - arrivati il 18/04/2018).
Manco a farlo apposta il giorno dell'acquisto dei due Nubia, il display dello Xiaomi comincia a presentare problemi che, col passare del tempo, si accentuano sempre più sino a chiedere a Geekbuying l'intervento in garanzia.
La faccio breve: spedito in Cina (30/04/2018, 15 €), tornato (20/07/2018) senza che sia stato sostituito il display: lo prova un piccolo graffio sulla pellicola di protezione dello schermo.
Intanto che aspettavo il ritorno dello Xiaomi, muore il display di uno di due Nubia: non "sente il tocco!
Mi guardo bene dall'inviare anche questo in Cina!
Poco tempo dopo l'arrivo, lo Xiaomi comincia a presentare il solito problema.
Chiedo o la riparazione o il rimborso. Mi rispondono che ci vogliono 50-60 USD ogni telefono per la riparazione (scheda ed lcd non sono coperti da garanzia! - sta scritto nel loro sito), ma sono disposti a rimborsarmi 60 USD per lo Xiaomi e 90 USD per il Nubia a patto che glieli mandi in Cina (30 €) a carico mio!
Come vedete, vendono prodotti difettosi sin dall'origine. Per scoprirlo noi consumatori ci vuole un po' di tempo e tanta frustrazione
Loro lo sanno già quando ce li rifilano. Lo si capisce dal prezzo: c'è!

Customer service was helpful and nice but please be aware that they dont work german hours of operation so responses may seem a little delayed. cant review geekpilot too badly as it was more DHL but service could have been more proactive to help me resolve.

AL FINAL DOY LAS GRACIAS A PAYPAL PORQUE OBTUVE EL REEMBOLSO TOTAL.

After taking an order with all relevant credit card requirements, another email was sent asking for copies of both sides of my credit card, identification card or passport. Way too much information to share over the internet!

Horrible experience! Post my package in Novembre, pay more for a faster delivery (2-5 days) to be on time for christmas and after 20 day without my order being processed I contact the customer service that take 3 days to answer, telling that I would need to pay extra money for the delivery. I pay that "extra" money, and just after 10 day of paying that money i saw my order processed, but wait... using a slower delivery method than the one I had payed, twice, for.

But wait, there´s more.

After all of this, they sent a wrong commercial invoice and now i have my package on the customs waiting for clearence while they are refusing to emit the correct invoice.

We are now in the end of December, I didn´t received my package, and probably I will not receive it once i don´t have the right documents to fulfill the customs clearence.

Stay Away From GeekBuying!!

Excellent products with excellent prices.

Choosing them instead of Aliexpress a great mistake... They run a promo, to increase sales and then they do not define when they deliver. What they do? they cancel your order without your consent and refund the money. Promo road in sum:
1. You bite the promo ad and spent your money to get the item
2. Promo keeps extending to avoid delivery time and get more suckers..
3. Delivery is undefined so practically you do not get the item (the delivery dates they advertise are beyond the realms of reality..)
4. Order is canceled by them without your consent...(YES it really happens!!!)
5. (OPTIONAL!!) You may get a refund but the money is not returned to you but deposited to them. As if you wished to do so!!!
6. You still do not have the item you think purchased
7. You lost the opportunity promo to get it from elsewhere.. money is gone to their deposit and best... you get no item!!!

Try to avoid them at all times no matter how attractive the price may be.!!! you never know if and when they ever deliver the goods!!!

Scam, avoid. I recently purchased a phone from them, it arrived 1 month later, through another mail company that i didn't chose in the first place.
The phone arrived in pierced box, dirty screen (even without the plastic protector) and with a broken lens.

They do not reply to my emails and there is nobody I can contact on the phone.
There are plenty of other companies from HK and China you can import good from, and this is definitely not one of them.

I insist, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
