The live chat works great yada was so helpful. I placed an order and changed my mine 5 minutes later and decided I wanted something different on their site. Started live chat and she cancelled the old order and replace it with the new order in less then 3 minutes, now that's what I call customer service. I will buy from this company again the service is equal to Amazon.

All I can say is from start to finish fabulous service & a pleasure to deal with.
Nothing to much problem, excellent comms and always fast turn around with emails. Delivery a lot faster than estimated and a great product. Having seen drones on various platforms many people have been buying and not receiving. GeekBuying fantastic and you get what you see on the website. I studied YouTube for many weeks and various channels before making my choice. Thanks GeekBuying!! Will definitely be using you again.

A empresa "Geekbuying" deve ser das mais
sérias que existe no mercado internacional.!!!
1º Fiz reclamação por Publicidade enganosa, junto da empresa
"mais ou menos 25 vezes" e só obtive resposta favorável depois
de ter enviado um email para aqui, "Trustpilot".
2º Junto cópia do email que me foi enviado pela Geekbuying após ajuda da Trustpilot:

Só que a verdade é que nunca recebi o rasteamento do dito item.
E qual a minha surpresas quando dia 20-02-2019 recebi a dita box que é iguale à anterior
ou seja uma andróide 8.1 em vez de 9.0 e sem o Kodi 19 e agora eu pergunto,
será que os funcionários da empresas não sabem ler? mas tenho dúvidas visto uma ter vindo de
Espanha e a outra da Polónia, isto faria muita coincidência, pois na caixa da box está bem
marcado 8.1.
Isto foi no dia 23 de Janeiro deste ano e desde então tem sido um choque de titans.
A empresa em questão "Golias" e eu "David". mas não vou parar até que me mandam um bom item.
Agora tenho em casa 2 boxs e pergunto o que é que me enviam a seguir? será um Scooter Eléctrico que
não existe para eu dar asas à minha imaginação? ou será que me vão dizer para para eu fusionar
as duas boxs e ficar com uma só que será uma andróide 16.2? e esta heim?
Tenho mesmo muito que pensar! Será que "Golias vai vencer "David" no século XXI ou a
história continua a mesma que no século IX a.c.? por agora vamos ter uma janela de publicidade
e vamos aguardar com impaciência e emoção o próximo episódio da telenovela.
"David contra Golias".
