The people here are fantastic. Quality products and great customer service. I mistakenly ordered the wrong branch for a present for my uncle and they went above and beyond to fix MY mistake and make sure I had the right present. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!!!

They sent ornaments with the name spelled backwards one side. They said it was by design.

The jacket I ordered was too big for my husband. Customer service was very helpful getting a smaller size sent to me.
The response time from them was always same day and sometimes within an hour or two!0

I have never been more pleased with an online company. I was initially skeptical about ordering since I’d never heard of them. Ordering however was easy and my items arrived timely and packaged well. My veteran husband loved the items and plans to order more in the future. I am especially pleased with the customer service. I received immediate feedback by email when I questioned the arrival date of my order. I ordered the wrong size for one of my items, and questioned the exchange process. Again, my response from the company was immediate by email offering to exchange my item for a reasonable exchange cost. They even offered the exchange allowing me to keep the item, though it was my mistake. Mia was not only courteous and professional, she took the time to thank my husband for his service as a veteran. I’ve never received that kind of customer service from a retailer online or in person. I highly recommend this company and will be referring them to other veteran friends and family members. These products allow them to proudly wear quality, beautifully designed items that reflect their sacrifice of service to our country.

First and foremost, I am a proud US Army veteran. I stumbled upon this amazing organization who obviously loves our military. Every branch! Their Hawaiian shirts and baseball jerseys are incredibly patriotic. It is easy to say that the shirts I purchased from them will be worn with pride. GO ARMY!

Ordered two items for Christmas beginning of December did not arrive on time. One item arrived today not even a cotton shirt. Tracking info is a disaster, cheaply made and cheaply printed overseas. Not ordering again from this site!

I had ordered 2 items and as Christmas got closer, I was concerned about arrival. Their customer service team was great at getting back to me with information on my order. I will say the first link they sent me seemed suspicious and I was concerned that I had ordered from a fake site. I responded with my concerns, and they were very quick in response and put me at ease. The order arrived and it was good quality, and sizes were pretty true to size. I will definitely purchase from this company again.
