I bought this as a gift and haven't given it yet, so I can't say how much it was liked. I did received it on time and visually it looks good to me. Quality of material feels good too, so I am pleased with my order. Thank you.

I had ordered the wrong size by mistake (my husband had just died and I was not thinking straight), and though the return rule was pretty specific, they were kind enough to let me keep the first shirt and sent me a larger size. I though that was more than GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Kudos to your company!!

Delivery was timely, and merchandise arrived safely. It was exactly as advertised, and I am very pleased with it.

Amazing customer service.
I had tried to contact the company in various different ways but didn't receive a response. Eventually I tried fb and within minutes I had a pm. Unfortunately my emails had gone into spam.
A very apologetic response explained what had happened, which has now been fixed. Also the reason for my contact has been sorted (user error 🤦‍♀️)

There was a minor problem with one of my orders where they sent the wrong size of a T-shirt but they replaced the item before I had even got round to returning the incorrect one! Arrived on 12/30 when I ordered on the last day of the Christmas guarantee.

I ordered 2 shirts for Christmas. one was delivered well before. The other had no delivery date for it. Imaging my surprise when I saw that it was coming from Belgium. I thought was ordering from a UK based crafter. If I'd have know it was coming from abroad. I wouldn't have touched it sufive to say it didn't come before Christmas missing the person it was meant for. So now having to post it on anyway. So, very disappointing. If I had been home when it was eventually delivered I'd have refused it.

I loved the T shirts I ordered. The designs are very nice, exactly what I ordered, and the shirts fit really well.

Am always suspicious of companies who use Facebook ads but I did as much checking as possible and bought my wife one of the bags. It was delivered quickly and quality is great
