Excellent Customer Support and Service. Lisa was very helpful solving my problem.

I ordered several items all of which arrive and were exactly as advertised. I made an error with one item and reached out to support. Reply from support was very quick and they are helping me with correcting my error. I’m extremely pleased and will certainly biy additional items.

I recently received a shirt from Gearvet and it was the wrong size. I contacted Gearvet and they said they would look into. I received an email back showing where I had accidently marked the wrong size. In our conversation I asked if I could return it for one of new styles in my size.

They replied back and said they would be happy to replace the shirt, and I did not have to return the incorrect size!

These people understand EXCELENT Customer Service!

I ordered a customized shirt for a marine Friend and I made a mistake in the customization. The Gearvet customer service people went above and beyond to correct my mistake. I will be ordering more shirts to honor friends and family. I can't say enough nice things about Gearvet.

This my second phone case and I have order and I'm very pleased with it. It is great looking and I receive many comments on the style showing our military time. One had a printed mistake which customer service corrected immediately. Great service and great product.

Garbage garbage garbage. Cheap Chinese junk. Over priced not what they show in their photos. Avoid unless you have money to throw away. Extremely slow shipping and when my hat finally came it was a poor screen printed hat, not embroidered as shown in their photos.

Shiping was relitivly fast and product was great .. flew my Flag in Hillsboro Oregon 4th of July Parade on front of my Semi Truck and it was a hit.
Its well constructed and durable It will be replacing another Marine Corp Flag that is starting to fade on me.. will be buying more from GearVet soon

I apparently i mistakenly ordered the wrong service, and they immediately responded and made things right.

I ordered the wrong size Hawaii Navy vet shirt and contacted customer service to see how to handle a return and replacement. They responded immediately to resolve my problem. This has to be the best customer service I have ever experienced in an online purchase.
The shirt is very high quality and is exactly as shown on their website. Great product and great service

The shirt I ordered was done perfectly to my specs. The material is excellent and I got many compliments on how nice it looks on me. Based on the quality, I would say that it is reasonably priced.

Overall it was an excellent experience. I ordered two hats, I made a mistake during ordering and one didn’t come as expected. The first has was flawless and beautiful. Exactly as I hoped it would be. It was very well made and the hat itself is a high quality hat. With Facebook links it’s always a question of if the site is a scam or if you’ll get the item you think you’re buying. I’m happy to say that as long as you pay attention to what you’re ordering you’ll get exactly what you’re supposed to. Customer service is excellent to work with and very understanding. They work with you to get to a happy resolution. I would buy from them again in the future.

Long story short there was some confusion over the date range, birthday of the United States Navy versus birthday of our country. Nevertheless it was confusing, I brought to their attention and they fixed it immediately. I tried calling a phone number but couldn't get through, so I used the text to customer service method and it was answered promptly and seems to work great. I would buy from them again in the future for sure!

The accuracy of my order was perfect, they completed the order quickly and shipped it out in adequate time to send out as a father's day gift. The customer service was great; very friendly and accommodating.

I can’t say enough about GearVet-Outboxer, LLC! I’ve purchased a lot over the years on FB, but never experienced the prompt and positive Customer Service as they provided when I inadvertently purchased a wrong size of a Marine 250 years tee shirt! Since I’m a XL guy, I needed help to fix the problem! Over night I received a reply and they were able to take care of my error! I can’t say enough about the quantity os service they provide, let alone the quality of their products!

I purchased four hats from Gearvet as a gift for a U.S. Veteran friend of mine. I ordered them believing the designs would be embroidered, based on the pictures shown on their website. What I received was screen printed instead, and the quality did not match the appearance or expectations created by the product photos.

The website pictures were misleading compared to the actual hats received. I was very disappointed, especially because these were purchased as a gift for a Veteran. I am unsatisfied with the products and would not have ordered them had the website clearly shown that the designs were screen printed rather than embroidered.
