Delivery woes
Considering the courier (Yodel 🤬) seem to be unwilling or unable to deliver my package my experience so far is exceptionally bad.
Poor communication
There was poor communication around delivery times and expectations and no response when I reached out to confirm what was happening. The product works but the customer service and delivery timescales were not as advertised

I placed an order on the 10th June, still waiting for it to be dispatched 3 weeks later. I have emailed and tried to call, recieved no response. I have now asked for a refund but again nothing. Absolute poor shocking customer service. Now reporting them to trading standards as a Ltd company.

I haven't received my order and despite sending numerous emails have had no response or acknowledgement of my email.
First time.ordering from them, wish I had read the reviews.
Do not recommend ordering from. Them. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, once they have your money they don't care about the customer.
Zero communication
I ordered two USB phone cables on 16/06/26. The cables didn’t arrive, and there has been zero communication despite multiple emails. Paid via PayPal, and received an immediate refund. I can't recommend using this company.
Incredibly slow delivery
Ordered a charger from them and it took 3 weeks to be delivered! No updates from them, and no responses to my emails asking for an update.

Placed an order for a set of earphones and an adaptor and I only received the adaptor. I emailed the customer service address to say I had an item MISSING and received one line,"Sorry your item was damaged". Avoid unless you want to throw money away.
Awful Company
Ordered a Samsung 25W charger and cable. Only received the charger, cable was missing. Sent several emails and got no response. Avoid this company, maybe they need reporting to trading standards.
False promise to deliver by Royal Mail Next Day
I ordered and paid for 2 x genuine Samsung charger cables and plugs for my elderly father who's chargers had stopped working. his phone is a lifeline...
To ensure fast delivery I paid for Royal Mail Next Working Day at 14.99. Order confirmed at 10:29 on 24th June well before the cut off for next day delivery. Shop tracking advises that it is in fact with Yodel and is not du for delivery until 27th. There are no answers to my emails. It feels like a total misrepresentation. So annoyed that I ordered from here...

I ordered a Huawei branded 100 watt…
I ordered a Huawei branded 100 watt charger and USB C cable from this company. Their website heading clearly stated it was a genuine Huawei charger, and the photos showed this too. I ordered this on a Friday about 2pm, before their 4pm order dispatch cut off. It was eventually dispatched the next Wednesday. I paid extra for a 48 hour service and it was sent by Yodel, and delivered 3 days later on the Saturday. Opening the jiffy bag I saw that it was an Honor branded charger. On the Monday I emailed them asking how to return it for a full refund, no reply. I chased them up on the Tuesday, again no response. Very fortunately I paid by PayPal so I opened up a dispute with them for incorrect goods. Got an immediate refund, so excellent service, unlike the atrocious service from GB Mobile. Avoid these imbeciles like the plague, they are inept, liars, inefficient and utterly useless.
Non delivery of order.
Ordered an item on the 9th June it's now the 18th it hasn't arrived. I emailed asking for an update and have received no response. I shall now have to attempt to get a refund.

However the company sent the wrong items, I received 2 headphone adapters. I contacted the company twice by email , I have had no response to either email. In the circumstances I really don't feel that I could recommend using this company

Worst company i ever dealt with !
Ordered some wired earphones for a long haul flight over a week ago with next day dispatch, i was given a Royal Mail tracking number & i checked yesterday & Royal Mail have not recieved the item from them. I emailed GB Mobile straight away asking fir a full refund as i am going away tomorrow morning, i then ordered the earphones on Amazon which were delivered in 15hrs, i wished i had never found the gbmobile website !
P.S GB Mobile have not replied to my email so i will now contact my bank & report a fraudulent transaction.
