Beware, They advertise genuine Samsung products but I received non genuine products , tried to contact them to return the items but several weeks later and no response.

I ordered a pair of wired Samsung headphone and received them within the expected time. Good.
Deceived by the ease of the previous order I then ordered two Samsung European chargers on the 28 April '26. I received just one in a Jiffy bag with the tracking number supplied by GB Mobile. I emailed (GB Mob) asking when the second one would arrive. No response. I have now emailed six times and still have not received a single response from them (21/05/26). You may be lucky and receive the item you ordered but there is no customer service - just a black hole where your enquiries and complaints disappear or are just ignored.

Ordered earphones described as compatible for my A35, but proved to be faulty, or incompatible on arrival - Completely non-functional and weren't recognised as even being plugged in by my phone.
Website has no customer support contact, and only offers an "info" email address or a "contact" form, neither of which are responded to.
I emailed twice to ask for a return and refund... no response.
I used their contact form for the same... no response.
Now having to start chargeback proceedings through paypal.
No contact, no support, no service.

Product was good and arrived safely amd 0n time

Ordered Pixel watch charging cable but ordered for watch 1 and should have ordered for watch 3, that part obviously my fault.
They state in the returns rules that goods are returned to the correct location but there’s no location shown. They also say that the RMA should be on the package, no idea what RMA number is or how to obtain one.
I emailed the seller requesting clarification but as many other reviews state the seller doesn’t respond.

My order never arrived.
I have emailed numerous times but no response from company.
This is a small monetary item but I still paid for an item but this never arrived

I sent for a quick charge cable for my Samsung A52 and they've sent wrong one iv emailed them 3 times but no reply this company want taking of there not fit for purpose there disgusting I'm 81 years old an want you all to know don't buy from these so they go under

I bought a set of wired Samsung earphones that were advertised as genuine Samsung but could tell soon as I plugged them in they wasn't genuine. Delivery was as advertised with no problems if product was genuine I would of given 5 stars.
