I needed help in logging in, and also guidance re an account. I spoke to an agent called Omar who was extremely helpful, patient and articulate. These qualities are all too often lacking in business dealings, and are therefore appreciated. I would certainly recommend this bank for your financials needs.

Difficulty Login in to GB Bank…
I recently experienced some difficulty accessing my GB Bank online account, specifically when attempting to change my password. I reached out for support and was very impressed with how efficiently the issue was handled.
Shantel provided excellent assistance throughout. She was professional, responsive, and took the time to clearly explain the steps needed to resolve the problem. Her helpful and reassuring approach made the process straightforward and stress-free.

5* customer service and great bank!
Had some investments in a 6 month bond with GB Bank and had interest paid monthly - always on time and a good rate.
Called today to speak about the maturity options and got through with NO WAIT to an actual person in a British call centre. Will be using again as best service and rates.
