Great customer service. I had an allergy to the silicone band so they replaced it with a leather one. Very happy with the replacement band.

Received mine which was faulty, GardPro insisted on a video of an intermitent fault and would not act without it. Quoted UK consumer law which apparently was not their policy. Raised it with PayPal and they have now agreed a full refund on return of watch which cost £10.95 to return tracked via Royal Mail.

Don't think for one minute they will cover the cost of return postage on faulty item supplied. Let's see how long it takes to process refund.

Overall very poor customer service. My advice is consider alternatives.

Bought a watch that was on sale, watch wasn't up to standard not correctly tracking, sleep, training sessions or steps so asked for a refund, refund request was accepted but now been 12 days with no shipping details sent or reply from there customer service

The watch for the price is excellent. Great battery, great features. I had a Samsung and this watch is better in my opinion.

I bought this watch 3 weeks ago and the battery slowly dropped to 15%. I then charged it up for the first time, 2 hours later and it was fully charged.
I have been looking for a watch that would measure blood pressure and this is one.

To tell you the truth I’m not sure I got the right app. But it works. And it simple to use. You just need to experiment with it a little. As it takes a little while to get use to all the functions. But over all the Gard pro is comfortable to wear and easy to use.

Love the watch, easy to install and very easy to change facade and heeps of choices. Also very easy to use with sports and health. Links fast with other apps.

They replaced my watch at no cost because the original watch band was no longer available. This reflects a great customer satisfaction policy. I have purchased four or five items from Gard Pro and been satisfied each time.

I bought my husband a watch from Guard Pro for Christmas. He’s always had cheap Walmart watches, so I thought I’d treat him to one that is better quality, thinking it would last longer. I was wrong. As with all reviews on every product, you read good and bad. I decided to trust the good reviews. Bad idea. Mind you, the watch I got him was a bit pricey. Not luxury brand pricey, but for working class people, it was more than what we would normally pay. The band has already broken. Just barely over 3 months and the band broke. My advice to anyone who reads this review; EVERYTHING in this country is made deliberately flawed. It’s greed. It’s so we have to keep buying parts, or keep replacing items. Don’t think because it costs more, that it’s better. It’s not. You will always see good and bad reviews. I would just ignore reviews altogether, and buy cheap. You’re only going to get a short term use of it, so keep that in mind. That goes for everything: clothing, appliances, watches, hair styling tools, furniture. I once bought a storage bench from Home Depot. Didn’t last a month. So just assume everything is crap, because it is. Spend your money accordingly. And don’t bother with warranties. Those are crap, too.

My Gard Pro watch had been great until it stopped lighting up. Contacted support and followed instructions to record exactly what was happening. Replacement watch arrived today. Happy customer 😄
