The smartwatch is poor quality — constantly disconnects and gives unreliable readings.
The return process is even worse. I followed all instructions, paid for their return label, and have proof the item was delivered to their address. Despite this, they refused to issue a refund, claiming they couldn’t locate it.
Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

1. Clip broke off of one of the straps when attaching - sorted out excellently by Cristy in customer service.

Great product at a fantastic price. Bought my watch about a month ago and I'm very impressed with it. It does everything it's supposed to do. Looks good and well made. I would definitely recommend this product.

EXCELLENT VALUE. QUALITY SMARTWATCH
Bought for husband to replace Garmin Fenix 5 with dead battery. Ultra Pro 3 does everything that he needs and is very happy. Quality great. Battery life still at 78% after 6 days. Works with Samsung S23. Gard Pro customer service is excellent & reply to email queries quickly. Price is excellent for this quality. It would have cost more to replace battery in the Garmin. I'd recommend based on our experience. CHESHIRE, UK

Better than my husband’s well known…
Better than my husband’s well known brand. It does everything that is advertised. I even checked the blood pressure was in line with my blood pressure monitor and it couldn’t have been closer. Great product and the price is fantastic. Brilliant piece of kit. Thank you.
