A great controller, good quality construction, everything feels very sturdy, but after a few weeks I had problems with the USB-C connector in the controller, which stopped working during the game. I contacted the people at Gamesir and within a few hours everything was sorted and they sent a replacement. Simply great.

Purchased a WuChang G7 and within a month the right trigger was irratiic and wouldn't register. I tried reaching out through gamesir email but received no response . I used discord than and showed them a video of the issue and required information they asked for and another replacement was sent out . I do wish you could communicate with them via email vs discord which is kind of a learning curve hence the 4 stars but other than that the issue was resolved and I would buy again ..

I bought a controller few months ago, great controller, but unfortunately have a problem with the right joystick, but they've helped me a lot, trying to solve my problem so quick even in Christmas days. So thanks for that, don't doubt to buy them, great team.

Thanks to the Customer Service i thought my dongle driver is defect, But thanks to the Customer service, And the controller is nice.

Great controller brand, no stick drift, good switches, good software.

I tested pro controllers never found one that worked great or if it did didn't feel comfortable. pre ordered the g7 pro. Waited months to 2 months for the shipment to arrive cause of major orders they had. One of the best if not the best I controller. Hands down best company and on to when had tree incident couldn't afford Xbox even they gave me a code so while down I can still play through Christmas. This company deserves everything and more, shows quality and compassion for their customers

Gamesir shark is the goat he deserves a raise or a bonus I would be so mad at gamesir I would probably try to sue lol jk maybe… if it wasn’t gamesir shark helping me and everyone with faulty products

I had a malfunctioning trigger on my g7 pro, I bought back in June 2025, as a pre order. Got it in August and the right trigger started messing up in hair trigger mode in mouse click mode. Anyways, got in touch with them, and they were quick to make sure I get a new controller sent to me right away, without me having to send my old one in first. Just had to verify some things, and once that was done, they sent me a new one. Top Notch customer service, not even a company like Razer gave me

They have GREAT customer service through email, i bought the gamesir g7 controller on amazon and it broke so i emailed them for a refund and well surprise surprise, they actually gave it!! 10/10 customer support.

I purchased the Gamesir G7 Pro ZZZ and it is really excellent quality, full of accessories, and for my questions and problems the support was immediately available on Discord

i initially thought i bought a broken game controller as no of support threads people posted didnt help my issue or describe fully how they fixed theres with the same issue but support came to the rescue.... Support was 10/10 to work with... KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!!!

I got my controller but I had problem with the dongle. Then I found the discord thread for support. Just to let people who read my review know. these support work fast like real fast. Shoutout to Gamesir Robin and other for the big help

Can't fault Gamesir at all, I've had a controller with them for the past two years so I recently decided to buy the new Cyclone 2. Unfortunately the right trigger stop wasn't recognizing every press, so I contacted Gamesir and they immediately sent out a replacement after sending over a little proof. Really can't fault the company and the controllers are a great build quality for an unbelievable price!

gamesir g7se: the controller is very good for completive game and the feel of the controller is a little weird but you will get used to it and start to really like the feel of the controller i would recommend the controller and if you need any support i would join their discord they are very fast responding and very helpful
