After two months of purchasing a Wuchang Wireless G7 controller (fantastic joypad), one trigger stopped working properly. Gamesir sent me a new controller under warranty. I am very satisfied with the excellent quality of the product, but above all with the after-sales assistance and seriousness of Gamesir. Congratulations.

I just buy Cyclone 2 and have some trouble with my controller connection using 2.4. Try troubleshoot my self and can't figure out whats wrong. Find the gamesir discord server and asking for help. After 2-3 messages found the problem immediately. Best customer service I have experience for product so far.

I contacted GameSir as the left stick on my GameSir G7 Pro came off & wouldn’t stay on during gameplay. I sent them a short video of the problem & they replaced the controller immediately. They absolutely have the best controllers & if you happen to have a problem they stand behind their products & do everything to make things right for the customer. It’s nice to know you can count on them!

I’ve had the controller a few months now and have loved it, did however run into some cable issues but after contacting support they offered to send a new cable on them, great customer service.

Got my Gamesir G8+ Ruined by the infamous 2.17 New year update...
Talked with the Support on discord they help me try to trouble shoot it via discord to no avail and they just replace my unit completely free of charge...
This is the kind of customer support EVERY device company need to follow...

The Gamesir Controller X3 is an amazing product that includes a cooler fan for the phone and you can also map the screen. The materials are very solid and resistant, It's feels professional for it's price and is way the best controller for mobile I've ever had.

As a person who has owned one of there controllers for almost year, one of the buttons on my controller was broken and non functional. As said they have a 1 year warranty and I emailed them for a replacement. All they needed was a picture and video and I was on my way. I then got to keep the controller and get another controller that I asked for around same price (a little more expensive) and it got shipped in 2 days! After this experience I can say that they care for their loyal customers and are understanding. Only one problem that was minor is the fact of how they want me to write my shipping address was a little confused. Please note that if you are buying a controller there is nothing to worry about!

I bought a Gamsir Nova Lite controller and its so nice and feels so premium for its price! What's amazing is that for its price it works for different consoles that are PC, Android, IOS, and Nintendo Switch, but I mainly use it for my gaming laptop and android phone. Oh and I tried to mess with controller, so I faced an issue, and I immediately got help from customer support from Gamesir in Discord and fixed my issue and answered my questions fast. I'm so happy with all this service!
