iPad needed new battery.phoned GamerTech.collected by DPD next morning.confirmation of receipt by GamerTech with summary of exactly how they will proceed to service the repair.Confirmed when it was completed and that DPD were delivering it back to us.
DPD texted when they would deliver it. Arrived spot on.
iPad collected on Tuesday from Cumbria and back again on Saturday morning. Top rate service!

I used this company for an Xbox one x repair and found them excellent, I paid for the unit to be picked up from my home next day and within two working days it was fixed. Based in York, great communication and friendly easy to use service via their website.
I would definitely use them again with confidence.

I ordered a change of battery for my iPod Nano just before Christmas. Communication at every stage was fantastic. It was simple to use the DPD collection label provided. I knew what was happening at each stage of the process and the battery was done expertly and quickly. The repair was completed yesterday and I have just received the item via DPD today. A very happy camper!

GamerTech fixed my long forgotten precious Classic iPod, which had a dead battery, lovely to listen again to all my favourite songs originally uploaded about 20 years ago. Quote for new battery was very reasonable, so easy to package and send with preprinted labels; iPod arrived back after a few days, now listening to fabulous music on gorgeous little gadget from 2003. GamerTech kept in touch throughout by email, tracking progress, also very nice on phone- thanks to Charlie. Highly recommended...

Have a PS4 Pro which sounded like someone had fitted a cooling solution by Boeing (jet engine) to it. I knew what I needed to do I was going to clean & re-paste it myself then bottled it as I took out the first screw. Worried it may never function again I outsourced the job to Gamer Tech & I'm glad I did. Dropped it off at the DPD drop off shop & it's tracked all the way to York keeping you informed of its progress it's in safe hands picture available on delivery then it's assigned to a technician who checks what it is & it's condition sending you more pictures. Job completed they send you notification it's done & you confirm where you want it sent back to. Put it through it's paces this morning now nice & quiet fan no longer howling. In summary an outstanding service considering a courier is used both ways it's a reasonably priced solution. Highly recommended 5 days from drop off to return I couldn't be more pleased

My console couldn't be repaired which I knew was a possibility, but 7 days into the partial refund and it's still sitting as 'pending' in PayPal. This refund method is an absolute joke because when they wanted payment from me, they took my money before I even send them the console, yet when it comes to refund time they use the slowest means possible - how much interest could you possibly make on £25!?

Have used before and will continue to do so. Staff recently spent absolutely ages sorting out my phone when a scam virus notification kept appearing.Would not take any money for this.

Absolutely fantastic service, my PS5 stopped reading Blu-ray discs and games (but could read DVD's). Booked it in online and took it in myself as I'm local and it was repaired really quickly. Now I can return to my Mortal Kombat in peace.

Also discount for locals which was well appreciated.

Gamer Tech quickly fixed my Xbox and returned it to me. They also very kindly fixed some extra damage at no extra charge, and I’m super grateful. On top of that, every communication with them was friendly and I’d certainly use them again.

My PS4 stopped reading discs, no blue ray. Apparently a standard breakdown issue on a well used player. GamerTech were very efficient with their diagnosis and repair. I recommend this company.

My son's PS4 had that normal jet engine taking off issue; got Charlie to book the DPD service for me Wednesday 14th June, it arrived back this morning and it's so quiet I had to double check it was actually switched on! Awesome service, my boy is gonna be happier than a tornado in a trailer park when he gets it back tonight :)

I had a problem with my laptop which was causing me major problems as I rely on it greatly for my job.

GamerTech was recommended to me by a well known and reputable mobile phone repair shop in York who could not help with the data problem I was experiencing.
The data problem and a long standing difficulty with my email account, which then locked, was resolved partly at the shop and partly online. It was very impressive.
Charlie dealt with everything in a relaxed, knowledgeable and confident manner throughout. Her friendly, 'can do', efficient approach was very reassuring.
I would highly recommend GamerTech's services. They are professional and good value. You don't have to be a gamer to use them.

When I first rang up a young lady answered her name was Charlie. She could not have more helpful if she had try. I had to phone up more than once and Charlie was always there to help me. What a lovely lady.

My hdmi port had broken and sent it off for collection and sent back to my self when it was done on the day
off dpd collecting it came very promptly and on time was happy to see they had brought a plastic box With nice and secure Styrofoam he zip tied it all back .. Yeah so I was happy in peace in mind that it was not going to be tampered with or damaged in transit And wow what can I say what wonderful service throughout of collection and delivery very professionally done the repairs and delivered with care I am very happy I would recommend

Very efficient and organised. When I phoned to ask about a disk left in my games console, they had all the details to hand. I was very wary of sending my stuff for repair, not sure what kind of service to expect, but was very pleased with the service received. I would certainly use GamerTech again.
