Senem and Sadik from Gayla health were awesome! They were incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive. The doctors and nurses were great and so lovely.

The service is very professional, accurate and most of all 100% safe. The fact that it is value for money is a bonus. In comparison to Thailand where I was heading this was $10,000 cheaper with a better outcome and I wasn't feeling like I was being liked for more and more money. The translators are excellent are there all they way from beginning to end.

Beginning to end, I absolutely loved my experience with Galya Health. We were so well looked after by Senem and her team. Communication was relatively quick via WhatsApp, even with the time zone differences, which made the whole process feel easy and reassuring.
The hospital stay was lovely, and Senem and her team took great care of us the entire time. I also really appreciate that they continue to check in via WhatsApp - it doesn’t feel like you’re just on your own once you leave.
I’m really happy with my surgery and my results so far. The hotel was top tier as well, which made the whole experience even better. I would absolutely recommend Galya Health to anyone considering gastric surgery in Türkiye.

I went through Galya Health for my gastric sleeve and i highly recommend. Senem and Sadik were so helpful and supportive of my journey through this process. Also, Senem was always so prompt in responding to any questions I had in the lead up. From the time I got there to the time I left the service was efficient and effective and I am so grateful as being in a foreign country across the world where English is not the main language, it was daunting and gave me anxiety before going. However, Senem assured me that I would be taken care of and was always positive which was uplifting. I trusted my life into their hands and they did not disappoint. Thank you so much Galya Health.

Galya Health is the best! Both my mum and I came here to Istanbul expecting only to receive the bare minimum like we do back home in NZ, but their service, patient care and genuine support for everyone who come through their service is beyond exceptional.

Senem - She is the best! She constantly kept us informed about everything, made sure any issues with our health was addressed promptly and advocated for top tier service. We are extremely grateful to her and her team for the continued support they provide us!

Hatun - from the moment we entered our hospital room she ensured we were taken care of. As I was alone when I came out of surgery, she ensured my room was warm and clean and did her utmost best to ensure I was as comfortable as I could be having just came out of surgery.

The cleanliness and overall service of the hospital is amazing. They ensure your room is always kept clean and hygienic, ensure you are well looked after and so on. The medical team are also amazing, the surgeons checked up on both of us every day until discharge and came to wish a safe trip back to NZ.

Will definitely recommend for anyone who is wanting to come in a group or even alone, they will ensure you are taken care of every step of the way!

I travelled with family to Istanbul after we’d been in contact with Gayla Health for a few months. Despite our flight being delayed Gayla Health were super accommodating. It was a bit jarring to go through the forms suddenly upon arrival as we were still tired and experiencing another country for the first time I would recommend a sitting room for these forms rather than to stand to allow time to read through. The surgery itself, surgeons, nurses and team supporting us were phenomenal. I wasn’t worried about any aspects on their side and greatly appreciate their patience. It was extremely relieving to know our hotel was sorted and even that was incredible. I would encourage the team to take the time to advise patient/travellers that the tap water is undrinkable, that they most likely will need to buy bottled water.
2 weeks post op now and feeling wonderful. I would definitely recommend Gayla Health to others in the future and also plan to return in later years for other services. Thank you

In terms of the communication from start to end, we were always dealt with in a professional manner. I was offered continued support even after I had left the hospital. The journey itself is quite daunting, so to have lovely staff accomodate to one’s every need was really reassuring. The team have thought of everything and allowed us as patients to rest and recover while they handled everything else, so that we wouldn’t have to stress or worry. Thank you for being so easy to communicate with, helpful and a wonderful support team.

Galya health supported me through my surgery journey in Istanbul. They organised all the transportation, pre op appointments, support pre and post surgery, attended all Dr visits and provided translation services throughout.

Gayla Health staff went over and above to ensure my surgery went ahead as it was indoubt due to high blood pressure and high glucose levels. In my experience galya and senem & sadek and my favourite melis and nurses where all a amazing every step of the way from arrival until departure they were all there to support me I was very scared but they just made it such an amazing experience I will recommend galya with the highest standards i had a support person who was well looked after and really loved being there she also got check on daily if she needed anything they really listen I have a lot of love for them and what they do ❤️

Galya Health has been a dream come true from the whole team who supported me through making my dream of bariatric surgery to reality.
