Very fast delivery time and put away with care when I was not home! The bag itself took no more that 15 minutes to set up and is extremely sturdy when filled up. I’ve been using for the extra sweat in a lead up to my next mma fight and I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Lovely mat, quick delivery.

Rubbish products, rubbish communication and service.

Products not worth the price, come apart easily, break easily. Not just one product, various.

Paying a lot for clearly cheap products. Customer service like robots.

Website rubbish and hard to navigate with a lack of information and reviews.

Bought this to replace a very thin mat and haven’t been disappointed. I looked at other retailers but this mat was the best option

A really good quality yoga mat & strap at a very good price. It arrived quickly & was delivered free.

Good beginners punch bag. Quick delivery. No complaints yet but I haven't used the bag to see if it's tough and good quality and I haven't even filled the base yet to see if it's hard to knock over.

*Look on AMAZON for the Photos and on GOOGLE REVIEWS for MANY other bad reviews! (mine had mysteriously vanished from google with the pictures)*

Contacted them on Monday to say their Punch Bag Cover had RUINED my perfectly good Punch Bag I brought from them.
The cover claims to ‘protect from the elements, rain, wind, snow and sun’, in fact it GUARANTEES it does.
After uncovering it for the winter, it was wet, mouldy and the PU was peeling off. It was perfect before hand as it had been in the shed.
I told them this and gave them multiple opportunities to fix this. As because their own product isn’t fit for purpose and not sold as described, they owed me a replacement punch bag. As they destroy it.
To me if my bag is in fantastic condition (no matter how old it is) and I’ve brought a product off you in the last year that’s faulty by design, you owe me a new item of the one it’s ruined.
I feel this is the point of the ‘cover’, to ruin punch bags so then you have to pay £80 for another.
Also I’m pretty sure customer service aren’t in this country anymore as responses were all the same and scripted, no names at the bottom, grammatically each time the sentence is misplaced at the start and they were all sent at 5 or 6am. They’re meant to be in Manchester?

One more thing, they are also clearly sexist, clothes on the site, are for men only!

So avoid them massively as they lie about their products, they don’t help you if things go wrong and customer service just makes the situation worse!

The communication was good in terms of delivery & it arrived in good time.
My 16 year old son attends a boxing club & he was very pleased with my purchase. The quality & the look of the punching bag is great.
I would recommend Gallant Sports to others & would highly consider using them again myself in the future.

A Google search resulted in a Gallant Sports purchase. Good communication regarding dispatch etc. However in one respect the delivery process kind of failed. I received an email from Amazon Deliveries, which was a tracking code for the order placed with Gallant; although it didn't say it was a Gallant tracking code. I didn't know this though and so reported the email as a spoof to Amazon. It would have been really helpful if Gallant had mentioned that the order was going to be dispatched via Amazon. Also when I got a tracking code, via a Gallant email, when I clicked the tracking number it opened a '.au' website. It was only by noticing that the Gallant and Amazon codes were the same that I realised that Amazon were delivering. Better communication on the delivery process would be helpful in the future.
