When the product finally arrived it was lovely quality.
Unfortunately the customer service was really awful until I put a review on trust pilot. Then and only then did I get a response to my 3 messages sent to them over more that a week later however am happy with what has now come.
After your reply I felt I needed to add
The contact was made via your contact us on your website so obviously I assumed this was the correct way to contact yourselves. Please do not put the fault on the customer. I will not be changing my review again

Excellent service, thank you so much! We lost our beloved pet this year, so I bought this painting of him as a Christmas gift for my partner. I’m very happy with it and can’t wait to give it to her on Christmas Day. A lovely reminder of our beautiful boy ♥️🐾♥️

So cool
So cool. I’ve ordered a canvas print which hasn’t arrived yet, but I’ve just been sent the image on WhatsApp to check that I’m happy with it before they print the canvas, and it’s incredible. Such a nice touch too to receive a preview and to check you’re happy with it before it gets made. It’s a Xmas present for my girlfriend, and she’s going to be blown away. So happy I found this company and would recommend to anyone. Thank you guys

A fantastic experience with a really fab product at the end.

Recently purchased a framed picture from FurrandFamily and was very very pleased with it.
They even WhatsApp messaged an image to me before proceeding with order to ensure i was happy with it, I asked for alternative backgrounds to be sent which they did, this gave me the opportunity to choose the perfect package.

Great to be able to preview before printing, quick delivery, well packaged and quality picture. Only thing I would say is that the product is a little on the expensive side.

Excellent service a very fast turnaround in only took four days from the original order and the picture was sent securely packaged up via Royal mail.

You get 100% what you pay for. My print arrived swiftly and packaged carefully. The print is fabulous, on good quality material and looks seamless. I bought it as a gift for family, consisting of current and late furr babies, and they are going to love it. Thank you so much 😊 I think my crown of best gift giver remains for another Christmas!
