The product was as expected but the delivery was a shambles. Called night prior to say arriving 7am-7:30am so I organised to go back to work for 9am. No sign of the deliver person at organised time then got message at 08:36 that he slept in and would be 20 mins. No sign of driver by 10:00 so sent a text and was advised they would now be 11:45. The driver eventually turned up at

After a sticky start about delivery I received my 3 piece suite on 2nd delivery time. I am delighted with it. Thank you

I ordered a new mattress from this company and payed for my order then it was refunded I had to re order it then I asked how long it would take to be delivered was told it would be delivered on the Tuesday i emailed them on the Monday to confirm it was being delivered on the Tuesday but told no it was not told it would be the following Monday ok then on the Sunday told delivery cansel till the Tuesday to me van broke down in London rubbish they turned up on Tuesday and asked me at my door step where did I want it i said well I need it puting up stairs well some young lad went up frist following the 2nd man be hind him took the mattress up stairs then the frist young man came down 2nd man stayed up stairs so I then went up stairs and was told to sign some paperwork i said to hime I want to check it frist he did not like that and I looked at it and said this is not what I ordered at all it was some cheep old rubbish that they tried dumping on me so I said to him I'm not exp it and said he is to take it back so ihad to help him take the thing down the stairs I then asked to to contact his place of work to refound me he said he would witch he did not bother to do so i had to phone them and told them I wanted my money back from them in full he told me he would do the refund straight away he lied he did not bother next day later after he sent email saying he did the refund. Ok so I went up stairs to get my power pack for my phone and it was missing it had been stolen by one of his delivery people I emailed him over this took hime a day to respond to my email and said havevyou got proff and said well you let them in the house in the bed room do I have proof they took it ie he said do I have cctv in my bed room. I'm sorry I'm a normal person I'm not some pervert who has cctv in a bed room who the hell do they think they are taken people things that don't belong to them they shouldn't be taking my things i trusted you company to deliver what I ordered but no you try and have me over with your nasty mattress and then your staff are wakening my goods like I've said in the email if my power bank is not retruned to me then I want the money it cost me £30 ,pounds ok you have all ready been told this now I want this resolved or I will be taken action against you and your company and your staff .

We ordered a sideboard on 25-03-2025 on their web site it said in stock 3 weeks delivery, after the third week I rang them to be told they didn't have it, I said on your web site it stated in stock 3 week delivery I asked when will we receive it, they said it's been delayed, week 4 I rang again and got the same answer as before it's been delayed, week 5 I rang again this time I was told they would ring me when they have it I said you cancel the order and refund our money he replied someone will call me, on the 7-5-2025 they rang me to say it would be delivered on the 10-5-2025, at last it arrived that afternoon, we are not impressed with this company and won't buy from them again. However all that said it's a beautiful looking piece of furniture and goes very well in our dinning room and it's very well made and very sturdy so pleased with our choice.

Letting me add extras to an order, delivery was on time, helpful when I contacted them.

Sofa is awesome very comfortable at a good price, service was awesome with friendly and helpful staff

although there was a lengthy delay with the item, once it arrived it was well made , easy to assemble apart from the doors - had issues with fitting but that was operator error and to be fair they were brilliant helping to solve it - excellent service

Chairs were delivered as per estimated delivery time with good communication from courier.
Good quality construction and finish, would recommend.

I ordered a set of cabinets and the shipping was well scheduled with us and on time. Delivery man were helpful. I got the correct products and they were in good condition.
If you order from them, better double check with them whether they will move the goods to the inside of your home and install it and if there are additional charges.

Ordered the u shape sofa in october.... they lied to me about delivery for nearly 8 weeks. Even thought I rung before I ordered and they assured me delivery would take a week I waited nearly 7/8 weeks. Then changed plans for delivery only for it to come on a different day. They promised me compensation which then took them another 6/7 weeks to give me (£100) my sofa is faulty and so uncomfortable as the cushions are dreadful you sit on them and you go down to the wood and the back ones are going saggy... I've now been emailing them for 2 weeks and just getting rubbish responses and no help. Spend the money and go to dfs don't waste your time as if something goes wrong they just fob you off with emails and do nothing to help. I'm now taking this further so I can go and get a new sofa that doesn't become faulty within 3 months of owning it.

Service was brilliant and efficient. Got my dining table earlier than i thought i would. Table was well packed and delivery drivers were courteous. Price was the best around. Thank you.

I had quite a tricky order, with 2 sets of furniture for 2 different sites. It took a bit longer than expected as they had to wait for stock to arrive. But the guys were always at the end of a call to reassure me.
The delivery guys were also excellent and the furniture only took about 3 hours to set up at each site. I am very happy!
