Excellent company
The service from this company is first class. We ordered an inset fire which was competitively priced and it was delivered as promised. The fire was installed and looked amazing but unfortunately it stopped working completely. I contacted newby and a replacement fire was delivered in two working days. I have even had email checking all is ok!!! I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Well done 👏

Very pleased
I've bought some furniture (from the Monroe Silver range) twice from this retailer. Ordering was easy and communication regarding delivery of my items was really good. Customer service got in touch with me in advance to arrange a suitable delivery slot and they were able to deliver on a Saturday!
Furniture came very well packaged, no defects or any other issues.
Overall, I'd definitely recommend them.

I ordered a metal bed frame which was competitively priced, delivered within the timeframe indicated and is great quality. Extremely happy with the product and service and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend.

Following moving into a new home, we have bought a number of items from Newby House Interiors over recent months. All items have been excellent quality and the transactions have been very straightforward with delivery well-timed. We would have no hesitation in buying from them again!

Our lovely new table
We ordered a table on line from Newby Interiors. Delivery estimate was 8-10 weeks. The table was delivered in 6 weeks without any issues. The contact we had with Newby and the supplier of the table (a family run business) was excellent. Everyone we had contact with was very efficient and polite. We wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. Highly recommended.

We purchased 4 dining chairs from this…
We purchased 4 dining chairs from this company and were extremely happy with them. The price was great as we had looked everywhere for these chairs and found them much more expensive everywhere else plus these from Newby Interiors had the added feature that the chair seats rotated.
This is a very Professional company, great instructions on aftercare of the chairs, would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Their service was brilliant, totally fuss free and we were contacted to arrange delivery within 1 or 2 days.
Very happy with both the table and Newby House. I will definitely shop with them again.
