This was quick from ordering to delievery. Help was there all the way I was nervous as I wanted to do this for my dad's funeral this company listened to my concerns. Would highly recommend this company and final touch a book of remembrance which just made us smile

There was a wide range of designs to choose from. The website was easy to use. Delivery was prompt and the booklets were high quality. They even came with a free book of remembrance, which was a nice surprise.

Funeral Order of Service is an excellent company and it was so quick and easy to be able to have these documents designed and printed and sent to my home within 24 hours. Tim Thompson is such a professional and so helpful. He made this process so efficient and easy for me when I had originally been a little concerned to get it right. Would recommend this website 100%.

What an excellent company! Had a few queries which were answered quickly and efficiently and Tim also sorted the image problem I was having. The templates are beautiful, easy to use online, then Tim edited it for me a few times adding some extra beautiful features. I highly recommend this company. The website is excellent and very easy to navigate and use. Tim has been brilliant throughout the process of designing and printing 50 order of service booklets for my brother’s funeral.He quickly responded to my phone calls, texts and emails and provided support and advice when necessary. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

I ordered from here with some time to spare in case I wasn't happy with the result, but I needn't have worried during what can be a daunting process. I designed and laid out the OOS myself online. Ordered at 2.30pm and it was dispatched the same day, and in my hands via the postman at 9am the following morning. Excellent quality, no issues at all. Very much recommended.

It’s Easter! Wonderful but unfortunately many printers take an extended break making it difficult to easily organise and support funerals over almost two weeks. Not Tim though! Artwork discussed and set up on Good Friday, printed on Saturday and delivered Easter Sunday. I’m so impressed with his dedication to his customers and also the superb quality of what has been created. Bereavement is a difficult time, Tim lightened the load considerably….and no, we’re not related!

Planning a funeral is stressful and getting the Order of Service right was important. Was initially worried about using a web-based company BUT am so pleased with the results, better than expected to be honest. Good communications and help with the design, good quality printing and card. Well packed and tracked postage, arrived the day after printing. Would recommend to others.

My order of services were designed by the company, printed sent to me for proofing and received by the next day. FuneralOrderofService have made a task that was very hard for me to do very easy. Easy to personalise designs. I made a mistake with my design (deleting something I wanted) and contacted them, Tim was really helpful and enabled me to add it back and carry on with my edit instead of having to start again. Superfast printing and delivery. Hope I don't need to use them again in the future, but if I'm ever planning a funeral again I wouldn't hesitate to use them! Definitely recommend.
