They were so helpful making sure that spelling was correct and centering the text . Also rang to make sure they had the correct address to send the order of service to me .also made sure that I would receive the order in time for the service . Would definitely recommend this firm they were wonderful

Choosing an Order of Service booklet for a memorial service is not the most pleasurable task. However, Funeral Order of Service provided such excellent service that I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Their website was easy to navigate, the online support was so helpful and the end result was absolutely beautiful. Thank you SO much.

Easy to use design process. Great price and excellent service. I did have a problem uploading my design, and got an email through the next day asking about the blank design. The design was time sensitive, so I went straight onto the online chat and spoke to Ethan who was very helpful and uploaded the design from my account. He also asked me when the condolence board was for, and said he would make sure it would be delivered in time.

Absolutely brilliant. I cannot recommend this company enough. Their website is easy to use and creating the photo montage and order of service was straightforward and simple. They were true to their promise of next day delivery and the quality of the printing is excellent. Ethan went over and above when Royal Mail failed to deliver part of the order. He was in regular contact and couldn’t have been more helpful, emphatic and understanding. They offered to reprint and deliver the missing item by 0900 the following day in order to receive them in time, which given it wasn’t their fault, was incredibly kind and generous.

Brilliant service from start to finish , we designed our own order of service on the online option and submitted it late Wednesday evening . We were contacted by the staff on Thursday morning to say they had made a couple of minor changes to the opacity and size of the print to enhance the order of service and asked us to verify the changes ,which we did. Once they had received our confirmation the order was sent to the printers and I received the package on Friday morning clearly labelled as time critical.Thank you so much for such wonderful service 👍

The process of completing these order of services at a sad time was made so much easier with the professional and experienced team. There communication was fantastic and the finished product is excellent, arrived quick and was packaged safely to save damage.

I attempted to design my own non-standard booklet and didn't find it particularly intuitive but got immediate help from Tim on a Saturday afternoon!
In the nicest way, I hope I won't be using this company any time soon but if I did, I'd stick to a standard layout or pay for the design service.
