Such a great company. Nothing was too much trouble, they were really helpful and considerate throughout the whole process of arranging mum's order of service and despite the relatively short notice, everything was done and delivered in plenty of time. Absolutely recommend them and can't thank Sophie enough for her care and thoughtfulness.

I was so nervous about ordering an Order of Service online but I am so happy with the results. Sophie in particular was so helpful and quick at responding. I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. It saved us so much money by using them and not the funeral home directly (not that it’s about the money at a time like this but funerals are expensive in general so it does help to have options) and we got to really make them personal.

Used this company for my mother's order of service and they were excellent. The website for creating the design was slightly confusing in places, but the after service was superb, and Gilly was helpful and professional. The quality of the orders of service themselves is excellent. We are delighted. We would highly recommend this company.

Website was easy to use and such beautiful designs to choose from and soo many ways to make them personal also the quality was far better than I was expecting as I know some order of service cards can be flimsy but the card is very strong and thick. Funeral order of service were fantastic.
Communication was fabulous, responding to the initial order immediately & providing a proof within 24hrs. Several amendment requests were rejigged within hrs. The OoS was set out professionally & far better than another company proposed. There are booklet designs to suit all requirements.
Delivery was as promised Next Day.
Quality of paper used & finish was of high quality. So pleased with finished result would not hesitate to recommend

I rang for advice and the person I spoke with was great - sorted out the little niggles I had in no time and rang back to confirm, then emailed a pdf proof that I could circulate to family for checking. Obviously a very difficult time when anyone loses a loved one, but people like this help make the process easier. We had a funeral board printed for welcoming the guests to the ceremony. We mainly spoke with Gilly, and what a pleasure. We explained that we were pretty useless when it came to all this technology era and she couldn't have been more helpful. She explained what we needed to do and was very understanding and patient. They had a wonderful selection of board prints and we chose the one for Mum with butterflies. John sent through the proof for us to approve, and it was printed and sent out the following day. It took me ten minutes to unwrap it! It was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend the company for your funeral requirements, we couldn't have improved on anything - Thanks you all so much, no doubt we will speak again in the future. Kind Regards

We have used this company twice now and on both occasions they have been extremely professional and accommodating each time. Nothing is too big to accomplish and they get back to you with any queries or amendments you may have in a very short space of time. For this last order I sent them a copy of what I required and it took from start to finish it took 5 days to get the finished product (250 copies). I would definitely recommend using their services.

I ordered a Funeral memory board off of Amazon on a Sunday, It arrived with incorrect date of passing on it on the Monday. I contacted to ask for a reprint but auto response said would reply in 3-4 days? Funeral was on the Thursday. I had no time. I found Funeralofservice online, with next day delivery when order before 12. I phoned them and they were amazing. Reassured me they could get it to me the next day. So very helpful, professional and understanding of the urgency. I highly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. The quality is outstanding and the pricing very reasonable.
