An entertainment center was purchased. It was a great value. Came with doors and shelves. Very solid, excellent value. A part was misaligned, and rather than make me wait, they shipped the whole box all over again. Very responsive. There were so many pieces that you have to expect that the instructions would miss something or that a hole would not be fully drilled. If you are handy and can figure stuff out occasionally, then this company is a great source for furniture.

i assembled 3 of these cabinets and noticed design flaws even before i was done assembling them the cabinets are not designed structurally to remain square.. the doors are attached to the side walls of the cabinets so if it flexes the door go out of alignment.. all other cabinets i have looked at or built have a wood frame front plate that supports the doors.. i can go on anfd on the cabinets are built in 2 layers the sidewalls held in place by a few quick screws.. if layed down sideways would snap ..they have no structural integrity and are made out of 1/2" particle board which has very little strength and will not support the size of the cabinets.. if the floor isn't perfectly level they will warp and go out of square,,

If I could give negative stars I would. I purchased a few pieces from home depot. The first piece I ran into trouble with the instructions not being clear, some of the holes/parts wwre not properly spaced and missing hardware. I tried calling the number in the booklet and they said they dont handle customer service, customer service is only done by email, and that I would get a response within 24 hours. The response didnt come. I follwed up then got a rude email reply. I had to figure out how to finish the piece myself. Based on that experience I noped out of the second piece and returned it. This is not a quality company and there is a reason their brand is called fufu gaga. BUYER BEWARE.

I’d give this a zero if I could. Bough a kitchen hutch system. In a word, cheap. Installation instructions were maybe 75% correct. Didn’t include the hinges for the glass cabinet doors. Then they sent the wrong ones. May be a good thing. The doors are so cheap looking it may be better to leave them off. Some of the solid (using the term loosely) doors are so poorly painted they look gray instead of white. Obviously have one coat of paint at best. The drawers don’t go all the way to the back of the cabinet so they are super shallow. Don’t waste your money on anything from this company.

Ordered the cutest bed by this manufacturer through The Home Depot (first problem as they have a horrible return policy). It took my three hours to put this bed together, the pieces all came unlabeled and the instructions were barely legible. Additionally, as others have mentioned, many of the pre-drilled holes weren’t there or were in the wrong place. Nevertheless, I persisted. After laboring for hours and trying to make sense of the chicken scratch directions, I got the bed together. I place the mattress on top and laid on it after all my hard work.

The bottom of the bed frame shattered and our mattress folded in on me like a taco! I tried to salvage the pieces but it was too far gone.
We tried to attempt a return with Home Depot but they would only give us 15% back and told us to contact the manufacturer as there was a “warranty.”
So, I tracked down the company which took days only to go back and forth with a robot for a week. They told me the same thing over and over, “send us pictures so we can send you new parts” I sent pictures, they ask again. They told me to send them the code of the pieces but none of the pieces came with numbers or codes, they weren’t even labeled!!!! After finally threatening to take legal action, an actual human contacted me and told me that their factory “has never had this happen” and that “our floor was uneven.” I sent back 10s of other reviews I have read that stated similar if not the same issues with their “furniture” we will see if we can come to a resolution.

I ordered a cabinet enclosed double bed at least 6 months ago. 18 pieces were MISSING! I have yet to receive the missing parts!

I bought a dining room table from this company thru home depot on Jan 18, 2025 and it shipped immediately....that is the only.good part of this ordeal! The table was to come in 2 boxes. I received one box and the other one was returned by fedex due to damage (no big deal, it happens) I got no communication from them that the received the damaged box and had to reach put to home depot to find out what was going on...that is the only way I could get in contact with this company. Home Depot gave me a number to the company and helped me file a ticket to get the replacement on the damaged box. After the first email from fugu and gag, they stopped responding to my request for the additional box. After repeated emails and calls to place numerous tickets, the company finally sent the box, only to be a box contains the parts I already had! I explained in my emails which box number I had and which box number I needed. I emailed the company again and they assured me it was the correct box but with the wrong numbers on it and I should have everything...well guess what? I was right, I had 2 of the same boxes! Another email sent by me requesting a manager's email or number and compensation for the run around I had been given and they replied with "your shipment is on it way to you" here it is Feb 12 and I'm still waiting ! I pray it has the hardware necessary to put this together because there was none in the boxes that I have already! STEER CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY AND ORDER FROM ANOTHER!!

Do not waste your time or money with this company. We ordered a kitchen pantry off of Lowe's website and finally received the first box. It was fine with no problems. When we got the second box with the larger piece it had a broken piece and no hardware to assemble with. Tried calling the phone
number in instalation manual and keeps saying "call cannot be completed at this
time". Tried number from website and it does the samething or says the cellular customer
is unavailable. Lowe's has tried to help and they don't even understand why cannot get in contact with anyone.

Bought one of their bookcases online. Complete disaster. When they arrived I noticed that there were 2 packages but no instructions, no nuts and bolts and lots of other stuff missing. It seems that both packages were identical, like 4 doors instead of 2 etc. I know that this can happen but my issue is that I could not contact them. In the end, Temu sorted it out but it took 2 months. Incredibly bad service and under EU law there should be a way of contacting them. Never again.

Purchase a FUFU&GAGA china cabinet from Bed, Bath and Beyond. Only for it to fall apart within 6 months. Bed, Bath and Beyond will not stand behind this. They told us to call FUFU&GAGA. Who kept us on hold for over an hour. Until we couldn’t take their bad intentions seriously.

I wish I had read the reviews on customer service and crap products prior to purchase. I purchased a white dresser online through Lowe's. WORST decision EVER! The item came with piece that was manufactured wrong. (holes for screws were drilled in wrong place). I thought no big deal I will contact customer service and get replacement part and keep dresser.

HA HA well this has been on going now for three months. The customer service number on packaging etc is not a working number. I tried emailing and they barely speak english and just keep responding to every email requesting more details about purchase order number, who ordered, where ordered from etc! I have provided this information in multiple emails and they just wont send the parts I need or provide working customer service phone number.

I DO NOT recommend buying anything manufactured by them. They are a train wreck and do not know how to provide customer service or a quality product!

I bought 2 identical book cases received both and one is missing all the parts, a shelf and another shelf is damaged. Lowe’s gave me a number to contact them and no one answers the phone 😡🤬
