Refused to cancel, never delivered item but still collecting payments.

I attempted to cancel order due to shipping time being far extended from what was originally given. C/S kept asking for more time despite me saying to just cancel. The table never arrived yet they are still collecting payments through Afterpay toward the $3000 cost of the table. I am having difficulty getting iffhome and Afterpay toward respond regarding the missing table and continue charges.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this company
My first delivery of a coffee table came extremely damaged
The wait time for replacement was months so I chose to cancel the order and ask for my money back
They refused to give me my money back and insisted on sending a replacement
The replacement was eventually sent, and it was also damaged!!
I was in touch with them and they said they would get out a replacement immediately
It’s been two months. I haven’t received it and now they are refusing to answer my texts

Absolutely Love My New Dining Set!

I ordered a dining table and chairs and couldn't be any happier with them! They are even more beautiful than I had hoped and are far more solid and sturdy than I had imagined.
Shipping did take a couple months but I was in no hurry. Although packed incredibly well, one chair arrived with a broken leg and was replaced within just a few days.
I would not hesitate to order from IFF again.

I ordered a table from IFFHOME, it was a maximum of 12 weeks for delivery it's now been 16 weeks and no delivery date, they have told me several times that I will be given a date in 24 to 48 hours. It's a lie every time as of now still no delivery date. CUSTOMER BEWARE...

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! We purchased a table that took FOREVER to arrive, and when it did it was damaged. The materials were CHEAP (e.g., particleboard) We refused delivery and asked to cancel our purchase for a refund. It has been refused.
I literally cannot fathom how others are pleased with the quality of the service and furniture.

This site is a scam

This site is a scam. This is my experience...
You order the furniture and get free shipping. The charge goes through but the time frame of product arrival changes so that your credit card transaction is conveniently past "the contest" phase and much harder to claw back your money. They ship you the product but its not made of the material, likeness, or comparable in any way. Then when you try and get your money back they first say "settle and we'll take 15% off"...then when you say no or write a bad review they say "we'll take 30% off but you must delete your review". Then when you are at your wits end they say "Fine, ship it back to us at China". This cost a lot of money and what's evil is they don't go to the facility to pick it up and they state you never sent it. It is a scam.

Out product was advertised as real wood...we received 2 parts (1 resin & 1 plywood). The scam is that. They want you to settle or ship it back and get screwed. Nothings real its all 3D modeled images and the reviews are all 5 stars. Completely fake review and fake products.

The company IFFHOME is just the small arm of this operation which does this same technique on many different products from other business names under the main company "MOLAPHAN LLC".

Molaphan uses this same scam with other businesses (Ownkoti, Floraltrip, Olivenorma, Christian Workshop, Blue Islet, etc) where they send you sub-par products and know its more to send it back so most people settle instead of fighting it. The credit card company cant help because the transaction window from ordering to shipping conveniently is out of the return window. And they will not go to pick up the product you pay to have shipped to the Shenzhen facility.

go to trustpilot and search these companies (Ownkoti, Floraltrip, Olivenorma, Christian Workshop, Blue Islet) and sort 1 star to see how many people got scammed just like me.

Nice table!

I'm absolutely smitten with this dining table. It was a breeze to assemble, and it looks fantastic. The size is just right as well. Lazy susan top was arrived damaged because of shipping, but we promptly received a replacement leg and the process was very smooth.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. The products are cheaply made from MDF, NOT solid wood as advertised, and they will not honor their refund policy. I ordered a "solid wood" table that arrived with a huge crack down the middle, revealing that it is made of MDF. It also had rippling along the edges where the veneer, which also did not seem to be made of wood, was not applied correctly. When I requested a refund, the "manager" repeatedly tried to haggle with me to give me a discount on a new tabletop instead of refunding my money for the broken tabletop. I will have to go through my credit card company to get a charge-back to get my money back because IFFHome/OWNKOTI (whose listed phone number is bogus, by the way) will not refund me directly.

Definitely worth it!

This dining table is fantastic! The lazy susan is such a nice perk. The table took awhile to arrive, but it was worth the wait. Customer service was very helpful in providing prompt updates. Assembly is simple. My husband assembled it in just a few hours, and it feels quite sturdy.

Love this purchase!

Great value for a small fam. I love the lazy susan I can style it different ways. Like moving it away or decor it. Have the chairs on each side of the table. I have guests of different shapes and sizes sit and the chairs help up with ease. Love this purchase!

Excuses, excuses! After 6 months, STILL waiting……

After 6 months (it took almost 6 months to get PART of my order) and 2 broken stone tabletops later, I am STILL trying to get my tabletop!!! They begged me not to file a claim on PayPal and I trusted them, to no avail. The packaging is shoddy to say the least (even the shipping company (CEVA) noted that to me). People, when they claim 6-8 weeks delivery, do not trust that. They told me there would be a delay due to the factories shutting down during Chinese New Year. I purchased in early January, they said I could expect the table in April………then May……then June…….it is now July 10th and I have only PART of my table. Sigh Edited to add: now I am getting the run around because the shipping company did not send good enough pics. I do NOT have the tabletop I PAID for 6.5 months ago. What happens with the shipping company who tried to deliver a broken tabletop to me should have nothing to do with IFFhome sending me another unbroken tabletop…….that I PAID for! Wow…….

Exceptional value and a great looking…

Exceptional value and a great looking table!

At first we were unsure about ordering because such a new company with few reviews, but since the price was good and couldn’t find anything like this round kitchen table anywhere we took the chance. It turned out great!

If I were to take away a star it would be because we had to email them a few days after the order to get an update on when it would be shipped, but they always responded within 24 hours of our emails and kept us updated with shipping/logistics info.

3 months later...still no merchandise

I was not aware this company shipped from China until after I placed my order. With that being said, it is now almost 3 months since I placed my order and I still have no table. I have reached out to the company several times and keep getting responses saying to be patient. They will not give me shipping dates or a tracking number, despite me having asked for that information several times. I just filed a dispute with PayPal. Do not order from this company.
