Unpaid withdrawal
I made a withdrawl request on 15/07/2025 for $1000nzd
It has still not been paid to me, I have contacted chat support over 10 times and every time I get told there is a backlog of withdrawals and they are doing all they can. It has been 11 days, this is not good enough. Then when chat staff don't have an answer they just end the chat.
Absolutely disgusting, I need that money ASAP!!!! its not fair they can treat customers this way.
My friends at the top will be hearing about this if I'm not paid out in the next 4 days!!!!!

My name is Athanasios Bardopoulos and I have an account with Frumzi.com, accessed via frumzi10.com.
On May 1st, 2025, I submitted three withdrawal requests of €500 each, totaling €1500. As of May 12th, 2025, none of these withdrawals have been processed or received in my bank account.
I have contacted Frumzi support multiple times via live chat, where I was only given vague responses like "we have forwarded your request to the relevant department," and received no replies at all to my warning emails. I find this unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
I believe that this behavior violates basic player rights and creates strong concerns about the platform’s integrity and transparency.
I am requesting urgent assistance in resolving this matter and recovering the funds owed to me.
