The policy continued to include my husband who Frontier knew and had acknowledged over a year ago had passed away in July 2025.
I had been told to change any details that were in blue and incorrect which I did eg Changes that there is one other person living at the property. ( I live here on my own.)There are two bathrooms not one. None of this had been changed on my final insurance and I already paid extra to record the changes. The support team and chat tried their best to support me and replied promptly to any requests or concerns. I did find it frustrating that I couldn't actually speak to someone but I guess this is one way Frontier are able to keep their premiums so reasonable.

We are very sorry for the distress and frustration this has caused, particularly given the sensitive circumstances. We completely understand why seeing your late husband’s details still showing on the policy would have been upsetting.
We have raised the issue with our Technical Support Team, who are currently investigating why the details did not update as expected.
Regarding the changes to your policy, we can see that you were in contact with our Support Team, who provided step by step guidance to help you update the information. A revised quote was initially retrieved with the amended details; however, at that stage the changes had not been completed and confirmed, so they had not yet been applied to the policy.
Once our Support Team guided you through the remaining steps and the change was confirmed online, the policy was successfully updated. We can confirm that the policy is now solely in your name and the requested changes have been completed. The updated documents have been emailed to you.
We sincerely apologise again for the distress, confusion and inconvenience this situation has caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we worked with you to get the policy corrected, and while our Technical Support Team continues to investigate the original issue.
