After receiving your original quote, some changes were made to the details and cover selected. Each time a change is made, the quote is recalculated based on the updated information. This means the price can increase, decrease or sometimes remain the same.
The updated price is always displayed online before you proceed, giving you the opportunity to review everything before confirming your purchase.

I didn't like it's all offline
I didn't like it's all offline. Some of the questions are a little confusing and it would be nice to get to be able to talk to someone to clarify things. Because once I'm signed up, I'm going to be signed up for years. I have been with Aviva for over 10 yrs. Obviously I am hoping a claim will be much simpler, should I have to do that!

Your original quote was for Buildings cover rather than Contents cover. However, the policy was subsequently updated by removing Buildings cover and adding Contents cover, so the policy is now for Contents cover only.
We aim to make managing your policy as straightforward as possible, which is why changes can easily be made online. We also do not charge administration fees for making changes; you simply pay any difference in premium or receive a refund if one is due.
We have contacted you separately by email to clarify the cover and provide further assistance, but unfortunately we have not yet received a response.
