Terrible Customer Service.
I reported faulty products, and while they initially acknowledged the issue and promised a replacement, they then asked me to return the item at my own expense — which goes against consumer law.

I politely pointed this out in an email, followed up again, and still have had zero response. Ridiculous as an expensive and supposedly top-end brand which "cares" about their customers.

I’ve tried to resolve this privately and patiently, but at this point, it’s unacceptable. I’ve filed a complaint with the CCPC and hope this review prompts a response from the company.

Prodotti di ottima qualità. Assistenza veloce. Unico problema è stata la tabella taglie... I capi sono tanto grandi seguendo la tabella... Peccato perché avevo scelto dei pantaloni bellissimi ad un ottimo prezzo.

I’ve owned several pairs of Freddys over the years and the same thing always ends up happening - the middle seam (can’t say cr0tcH apparently) gets a hole or I scratch my leg and it gets a hole. It seems these aren’t built to last at all, or the quality is just not there. For jeans that are so extremely expensive to not last more than 12 months is disappointing. I don’t think I’ll be repurchasing anymore - I can get better quality jeans that last literally anywhere else.

Hidden in the depth of my closet i found these which i bought a while back. I decided to try them again and OMG i now realize why the were hidden. The mid rise is actually super low. The gel waist band does nothing, the waist band has no shape or structure they constantly fall down which is uncomfortable and awkward. When pulling them up for the 100th time they then got a hole so really bad quality. They have now put the price up dramatically from when I purchased. waste of money and not worth it.

I love the choise of jeans but I think that the clothing line is becoming too sporty. Eveningwear, which used to be part of the collection, is now completely missing

Disgusting service! I wanted an exchange as the item doesn’t fit.The item is still bagged and brand new because it’s just outside the 14 day to return I can’t do anything so I’m stuck with an item that doesn’t fit.Tried complaining and it’s just a standard email that gets sent back..no interest In helping!

Je ne suis pas vraiment satisfaite parce que le modèle que j'ai reçu ne correspond pas parfaitement à celui du site. Lorsque j'ai commandé le sweat, la broderie de votre marque sur la capuche était de la même couleur que le sweat ( blanc cassé). Or, j'ai reçu un sweat avec la broderie en noir sur fond blanc. Je n'aime pas du tout. Je vais donc devoir découdre toute la broderie.
Ensuite, pour les retours il faut payer les frais de port, même si l'article reçu ne correspond pas à celui commandé ce qui est très désagréable.Je n'ai pas trouvé de moyens de vous joindre pour vous expliquer cela.
Par ailleurs, la page des commentaires est entièrement en anglais, sans possibilité de traduction. Dommage, beaucoup de choses à revoir dans votre politique commerciale. Je ne recommanderais pas chez vous

The Freddy jeans shorts are not according to their size chart on the website, they are extremely small and very bad quality for that price. I usually buy a small in the long Freddy jeans and a large in the shorts didn’t fit. I measured the shorts according the size chart which proved sizing was way off. I have been back and forth for weeks with their customer service trying to get a refund for these shorts which is according to my statutory rights in this circumstance. Freddy jeans UK have not taken any accountability and have made this process extremely frustrating and difficult. Still no resolution and sitting with pants I cannot exchange! Very disappointing for the price you pay!
