Me and my sister went into the Frankie and Benny's at Cribbs Causeway. The manager and the lady that served us was absolutely brilliant very nice and friendly and hard-working staff. We've been here a few times now and the food is absolutely lovely thoroughly recommendsthe place.

We went to the frankie &Bennys in charlton Greenwich ( uk) we have been there before and wanted to go again as the service by the lady called Mel was fantastic just like the last time and she remembered us the food was delicious too. I woukd recommend anyone to go there

Went to Victoria square Frankie and bennies in Belfast for lunch. I am a vegetarian and wasn’t feeling very hungry so I ordered the garlic bread pizza. It said vegetarian on the menu so I ordered it. When it arrived there was a tiny piece of bacon or some other meat on one of the slices that had obviously come from cross contamination. Disgusting couldn’t eat the rest of the meal.

Appalling service in every way. We went to East Midlands airport on 27 July, ordered via the app (we were told only way to order) and food didn’t turn up. We chased and were told in prep. After 1 hour we asked for a refund and were told app hadn’t worked and food never ordered.
To make matters worse, payment of £91.40 taken and refund never processed. Called twice but no-one at store can help so passed to customer care. Now conversing by email, responses slow and no urgency to sort something that must be visible from their IT systems (payment and refund receipt not processed)
Now in November and still chasing for refund. I only wish I could give zero stars.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Had a email from FB offering two for one on mains Mon to Fri-went to the longwell green restaurant tonight ordered food then told the waiter when we came to pay we had a two for one on mains.
First thing he piped up and said was did you book-I said no just turned up-he said you had to book and what we had was not in the offer. Tried following the links and the website did not work even showed the jobsworth waiter who did not give two hoots.
I paid the bill and will never step inside a FB restaurant again.The email does not tell you to book before turning up.The waiter said you had to book online never heard of that before and never experienced that with previous FB or other companies vouchers.
You just need to show the vouchers on your phone when paying the bill.

Ordered food - 50 minutes later and nothing. Only ordered main course.

I just want to complement Frankie and Ben’s Plymouth and especially Keith the assistant manager for the outstanding customer service, compassion and generosity they recently showed my family.
My niece is going through an especially tough time and I wanted to do something special for her and her parents-I reached out to the restaurant through email (as live overseas) and they surpassed any expectation I had of making her meal at her favourite restaurant very special and memorable.
Thank you so much, they had a wonderful time and I am truly grateful x

The sign outside the Glasgow airport branch stated 9 minutes for food.We waited at least 30 for drinks and longer for food.When food arrived we could see it was good quality but freezing cold.We were offered freshly cooked but had run out of time.

EAST MIDLAND AIRPORT. Poor customer service. Large number of things on menu not available. Bottled beer warm. White wine served in hot glasses straight from dishwasher. Knives, forks and serviettes not replaced. Was sdvised to search tables for some. French fries burnt to a crisp. Five members of staff had to be told to stop chatting and serve queuing customers at bar. No time to complain due to imminent flight departure. Second bad experience in a F & B. Never again.

Dined at the Ashford restaurant this evening. Great food and great service from Reece. Thank you!!

Food okay but very expensive cost £79 for 2 adults and 2 children. How can they justify £15 for a burger, which was cold so very stodgy, husband had pasta dish £17, coke £3.50 a glass, not even refillable. That's £14 for 4 glasses, what a rip off. I know things have gone up but going for a meal that costs almost a weekly shop is ridiculous. Will not be going there again

MacArthur Glenn Bridgend, food took 30 minutes, I had steak fries onion rings tomato mushrooms and,was cold the only warm ingredient was the mushrooms which were not fresh(tinned) my wife had lasagne which had layers of pasta but nothing between them, this was obviously from the freezer, didn’t have time to complain as we had a bus to catch.
Will never darken any f their restaurants again.

Was met by a lovely lady name Sue 😊 she was very kind and attentive to us right from the get go to the finish well done Sue keep up the good work

Disappointing service, unfriendly staff, no consideration to guests with special needs or a birthday. Food is good quality but expensive, excellent chefs but waiting staff need more customer service training.

Had a great meal saturday evening. Came in for a date night with hubby and it was lovely. Food was fresh and our waitress, rachel, was so attentive and smiley. Will definitely be returning.

Visited the Cheltenham store a good while ago and waited ages to be seated so I just walked out.

Today in Cardiff same again.
The woman see us waiting but was to interested doing a deliveroo order than wanting to sit paying guests.

I’ll never try any of your restaurants again.

Very poor company

Visited the north restaurant and it’s lovely with good staff. Recommended and will come again when we are in the area.

We had a reservation at 3:15 on GCSE results day because we wanted to get free pizza. The manager came out yelling at us all and was very rude, he told us to come back in an hour without providing an explanation. This meant we had to wait outside for an hour in the rain whilst very hungry. After an hour we went inside only to find out they had run out of pizza. This meant we were unable to claim the free lunch that was offered and instead had to go elsewhere. The manager was very rude and yelled at multiple of us and did not give us all the information he had, meaning we were confused the entire time. I would not recommend eating here. This did not only happen to my group but also affected the numerous other students waiting to claim their free pizza.

By 6pm had run out of pizza dough for the GCSE offer. No alternative or discount offered. Thanks go to the Bella Italia restaurant next door that gave 30% off food and drink. Frankie and Benny's just sent their customers to the opposition 😂

We booked for the GCSE offer. They called us 3 hours before telling us that they were out of pizzas. We asked for an alternative offer or small gesture and they didn’t offer anything. Very poor customer service not to offer any alternatives. This put us off to even go again.
