Food quality is very poor. The restaurant seemed understaffed and everything seemed to take a really long time, even getting the bill took ridiculously long, however the staff were nice and professional. The food tasted awful, most of our group left most of the food, the chicken tasted horrible and you could tell it was frozen as it had a watery taste. The portion sizes were small for the price. No sauces on things that said they had sauce on and staff were too busy to ask. We left so disappointed as Frankie and bennys has always been a family favourite. Unfortunately we won’t be returning.

Portions very small for the price. Service was friendly and ok.

Very happy at Hampstead valley Gillingham. Great atmosphere, good food and great service especially by Charlotte.

Lovely staff and Broadstairs restaurant especially A young lad called Tyler. Extremely polite, smiling and friendly to myself and my family. Told the manager and was told he had only worked there 2 weeks. A great addition to your staff !! Lovely lad

Nice service however the food was sat waiting on the hot plate for about 10 minutes before it got brought to us the food was cold, I had a fly in my burger that put me off massively….. the tables where all sticky and the glasses where dirty we asked for the bill and we was left waiting for another 10 minutes before she finally brought it over this was my first experience there and I was expecting much better.

First class service, Kira at Rochester looked after us and was friendly, professional and welcoming.

We ate at the Ashton branch recently and my partners meal and two children's meals came out looking lovely. However, I'd paid £17 for a pasta dish and it came out looking more like a child's meal. I discussed it with Ciara who was looking after our table and she couldn't have been more helpful. She agreed and returned it to the hatch and within minutes a new meal had been served. No additional charge and first class service. Clara was also really good with our two children and made the whole experience a good one. F&B have a great employee within their ranks.

Rochester - my daughter has allergies which are not your standard allergies. The waiters refused to share the ingredients with us so my poor 11 year old had to sit and watch everyone else eat because it was too late to go anywhere else. If they had shared the ingredients I am sure we would have found something that she could have eaten. Will never go to a Frankie and bennys again! No empathy at all!

Great we went cause they have a deal eat as much pizza pasta and sides and unlimmited drinks for a set price i went with my 2 adult children and had a rally great time the food was lovely and the place is very clean our server was amazing polite atentive and really accomadating to us her name was poppy thanks poppy for making are experisnce rreally enjoyable came out full for the day yum

service was AWFUL!
there was about 6 tables of people and 2 waitresses on shift, we sit down takes them about 20 minutes to take our drinks and then when my daughter was about to tell us a story already speaking the waitress comes over and loudly pronounces “what would u like to drink” and with her being very self conscious about being in public spaces she was quite upset. they were very slow, when asking for the bill we had to ask 3 times before she actually brought it over and then assumed we wanted to give her a tip without asking.

I just wanted to Leave a positive review after our visit To Frankie and Benny's At Ashton Moss last night.

We were seated and served promptly by Jason and even though we weren't spending a huge amount, we were still treated as if we were a favourite customer. Food was a bargain as well, as we had a voucher :-)

We visited F&Bs in Union square in Aberdeen on 25th April with the Shetland girls football team and we had a great time. Will, the manager had it all planned out for us and our pre-order was bang on time. Our server, Monika seen to our every need too. Top job guys, thanks again!

I was told I couldn't sit on particular part of the restaurant, then moments later 2 ladies came in and they were allowed to sit on this particular area that I had been told was not in use.
I had gone to F & B for their fish and chips...alas,they no longer serve fish and chips. The place has gone downhill.

Frankie and Benny's at Meadowhall. Short staffed. Under average general experience. Nonchalant staff. Calzone was bland, basically just chicken inside, really greasy. Very disappointing.

Frankie and Benny’s used to be our ‘go to’ for a nice meal - good choice and lovely and tasty. I do not know what has happened. It has turned into nothing better than a budget pub but with a much higher price tag.
My pasta bolognese was practically all pasta with a watery, brown sauce that did not have the texture of meat, as there was so little in it. I was truly shocked at how tasteless it was and felt completely ripped off.
It probably was worth no more than a few pounds but cost over £15. It is an absolute disgrace.
Never again. I actually had a better meal yesterday in a budget pub thinking about it.

The last time I been there was the one in Ashford, I remember being there in 2015 or 2016 idk. But it’s sad that they are closing down their restaurants. But Westwood Cross, Ashford and Rochester are saved. But not Maidstone, Because that shut in 2023 or 2022 idk

Staff were annazing and the food was delicious. Burger was flavourful and the meat just fell off the ribs. Will definitely be back.

Visited edge lane Liverpool. The food amazing. Had a steak cooked to Perfection and the carbonara was great with a side of onion rings just crispy enough to hear the crunch. Couldn’t fault the staff who served me tended to our every need. Our server was Courtney And she was wonderful. Fully recommend the Liverpool branch. Atmosphere was also great was not busy not too quiet and the music was spot on. Would return again soon.

Visited the Oxford restaurant. From the moment I walked in the staff were rude. After approaching the counter and saying I had booked a table I was not spoken the only acknowledgement was pointing a finger in the direction I had to go. Very slow service, after I had finished the main and needed another drink, with no staff around I asked someone walking by,I believe this was the manager, just to be told no I had to ask a waitress, which I had not been able to do. The pizzas were too oily and my halloumi was rock hard.When I came to pay and use some vouchers after one would not work the staff member was dismissive, rude, eye rolling, telling me none of them would work and why don't I just watch as they all decline (other vouchers went through) Disgusting service and food, will never return to a Frankie and Benny's so disappointed very far from my expectations.

Fantastic service and fantastic food here in the union square Restaurant. Staff went out there way to make our experience a great one. The chicken wings with BBQ sauce was especially good.
Dorota and William were especially great and each time we eat here they are happy to serve and always provide a special service.
