Easy to order. Arrived well packaged and we are very happy with the frame itself.

Frame never arrived. No reply to emails. Refunded by PayPal

Order 6580, 28th May 2024 has never arrived. I have written to you and never received a reply. You took the money though.

Ordered months ago. Never replied to my emails chasing delivery, but took my money. Got a message over a week ago saying it had been dispatched. Still not hear but this is the third email they’ve sent TODAY asking for a review. So this is the review. Do. Not. Buy. From. Here.

Didn’t receive item, it said dispatched over a month after order was placed and still never arrived.

Ordered in June, not arrived in August, no response to emails or messages via website.

Ordered these items on 14th July it’s 14th August today and still not received my items
I’ve emailed their info contact email several times no response the bot is useless too
Have had an email saying items in transit with a tracking number but when tracked Evri still say they haven’t received them
Not happy not holding out much hope that I’ll get these items as Company’s house says they were dissolved in January this year

Ordered frames mid June for birthday, when not received I went out and bought what I needed from a supermarket, but didn't cancel because I thought I could use them. 7 weeks later not received product. Will go through payment provider to claim a refund.

Ordered a frame in may, still not arrived, no contact from the company.

Ok 2 months after placing my order and after getting a refund from my bank - I received an email saying goods are on the way - they are not as they never arrived! And today they sent me an email asking for me to review them! Not sure what they are playing at - as I found out the company no longer trades since January 2024 - so they are well dodgy DO NOT USE them as a con is happening

Ordered back on 20th May as it said 5 day delivery times. Waited longer and heard nothing so emailed. No response, tried chat, no response. Just had an email - 2 months after the order, to say it's due to be delivered. I don't even trust returning it for a refund.
Awful company to deal with

Placed two orders in May, neither have been delivered and no contact from the company despite trying several times.
Now reading reviews appears that this is a dodgy company.

Basically a check on companies house reveals the company run by Muhammad Umar Munir was dissolved in January 2024 yet the website is still live and taking peoples money so fraud - police Scotland should investigate the guy....

My experience sounds like a lot of others - placed an order in May 2024, recieved confirmation email and that's about it. No response to email, no phone number to call and no real explanation other than this is scam? Strange to hear from others they used to be a legit company - DEFINITELY DO NOT PLACE ORDER.

No accounts filed since 2020. The company was subject to a compulsory strike-off on 2 January 2024 but it appears Muhammad Umar Muhir is continuing to take money with no intention of supplying goods.

I would suggest anyone who has been robbed by this man reports the matter by Googling "Glasgow Trading Standards".

I have used this company for a couple of years with no problem. My last order was placed on 28.5.24, money taken 29.5.24. Email said expect delivery 6.6.24, then nothing. No reply to emails x 3 . No frames. No phone number. Very disappointed.

As with others - paid for frames but then nothing - website should be closed down - basically theft.
