The prints were great. The "frame" that they came in was cut wrong and after one week and 4 emails to customer service, I still have not heard from them. Good product poor customer service. Better hope that they get it right the first time.

The photo of the eclipse from a prime location was a once in a lifetime shot. I had expected the glass print to be flawless as I had heard that Fracture was known for its high quality. I was very disappointed to find a flaw at the top edge on the left side, where the dark sky was broken by a slight blob of white. The only way I see to hide the flaw is to put the glass print in a frame. I had planned to order larger prints of a scenic view from my home and display them on a full wall. I will find another company!

Overall I'm happy with the quality of the print. The resolution is good and the print quality is great. My only complaint is the sizing of the prints. They are an odd size and don't fit the standard print sizes of 8x10, 11x14, etc. The automatic cropping applied cuts off a lot of your picture which may be of importance. I would have ordered more but the images I wanted to use had unacceptable cropping on either side so I couldn't use them.

Absolutely love their product. Had a slight issue with one. I emailed the and they sent out a new perfect frame within a couple of days. No questions asked. Just sent out a new one.

The picture I sent was of my grandson with the Canadian Rockies in the background; what I received was a picture, emphasizing my grandson, but hazing out the mountains. I don’t know how best to describe it, but it was not the picture that I had sent. This is a Mother’s Day gift and while I know she will be glad to see her son, but she knows what the real picture had look like and I know we will be disappointed that the mountains were not captured in the picture.

What a great company to do business with. Quality of the product is great. The order turn around time is impressive. Fracture keeps memories visible. Great for gift giving as well!!

I ordered an extra large print and a square one. The XL came first and I was honestly disappointed in the quality. The photo looks grainy and the color is off. My smaller photo came a couple days later and it is also grainy. Seems that is wasn't a fluke on the large one.
Just not what I expected.

The product fell short of my expectations based on online and TV ads, which showed an image directly transferred onto glass. Instead, what I got looked like a photo printed on paper sandwiched between foam and thin glass. The high-resolution image I uploaded was also compromised, resulting in a dark, low-resolution, grainy photo. Meant as a hospitality gift, I'm actually embarrassed to give this cheap-looking and feeling photo to anyone.

Beautiful workmanship. My client was extremely pleased with the results. I will be using Fracture for more projects as well as for personal use. I highly recommend them to anyone.

We had a picture of ice hockey player, Ovechkin scoring goal #888 with a large portion of it white ice. The fracture didn’t come out quite as expected but without any question they fixed it and I received a new fracture in only 2 days. It looks great and now the Gr8 8 is hanging proudly.

The picture is clear with great contrast. It came well packaged. I agree with others that it is priced pretty high.

I absolutely love the glass print. Originally I had the photo done in ceramic and it got broken. When I found Fracture I ordered one close to the size of my original and I thought it would look the same. I couldn't be more wrong. It was far superior. Thank you for your attention to detail and careful work and reasonable price.
