Mais est-ce une volonté de la part de ´ marque de placer le bouton « connexion » ou « compte » etc. dans un endroit aussi caché de la page ? Pourquoi je ne reçois pas de mail quand je demande un nouveau mot de passe ?
Je commande régulièrement et je n’ai JAMAIS eu de bons de réduction pour cette simple raison. Je trouve ça inadmissible car cela ressemble à une manipulation du consommateur.

Concernant le bouton « connexion » ou « compte », il n’est absolument pas caché volontairement. Nous sommes actuellement en train d’améliorer certains éléments de navigation afin de rendre tout plus clair et plus facile à trouver.
À propos de la réinitialisation du mot de passe : si vous ne recevez pas l’e-mail, cela peut être dû à un filtre anti-spam ou à une erreur dans l’adresse enregistrée. Nous pouvons vous aider à réinitialiser votre compte manuellement si nécessaire.
En ce qui concerne les réductions : nous envoyons rarement des codes promotionnels, et jamais en fonction du fait qu’un client soit connecté ou non. Nous souhaitons simplement garder des prix transparents et identiques pour tous. Je comprends que cela puisse prêter à confusion si vous ne pouvez pas accéder à votre compte, et je suis désolé que cela vous ait donné une impression négative.

The product itself is good however I had paid for an express shipment and the shipment arrived too late for the event for which I ordered it. I got reimbursed the additional fees however as it came too late I had no use of it. This is a pity.

Gave me wrong dimensions and blame me
I asked the customer service for the external dimensions needed for a custom mat ordered for one of their frame that I was ordering at the same time.
The customer service gave me wrong dimensions. I received the mat and the frame which didn't fit together.
I made a claim, they said they produced the mat as per the dimensions entered in the order and blamed me. They were never supportive. I felt I was dealing with the police.
Worse, I had written in the comment that the mat should match the frame ordered at the same time but they didn't care.
I'm not ordering from them ever again. I am extremely disappointed.
Update 31.10.25:
I receive a new reply from BGA, now they want me to prove with screenshots that the customer service gave me wrong dimensions. Great, I just have to go back in the past and make printscreens. What a joke.
"To proceed, could you please provide a screenshot or copy of your conversation with our customer service team where the passepartout dimensions were discussed and the instruction to add a comment was given? This will help us verify exactly what information was shared so we can investigate the issue internally and decide the best possible solution for you according to our policy."

I don't recommand and won't make any purshase there again. I am not satisfied with my purchase at BGAStore for two reasons:
When I was on the site and added my items to my basket, it mentioned a 2–5 day delivery. Only once I had paid did it state a much longer delivery time of at least 10 days. If I had known this, I wouldn’t have bought my frames there. I think this shows a serious lack of honesty toward customers.
The most important reason: quality. The frames are made of poor-quality wood. I bought two frames for 100 CHF, which is really overpriced for such low-quality items. That feels like theft in my opinion.
