Change tickets
I had emailed to ask if I could upgrade tickets I had already bought. The team were quick to respond and help. I followed instructions and got my new tickets and refund on the old ones quickly and easily

Awesome help fantastic customer service.
Awesome help I had tickets booked but I wanted to upgrade. I sent an email first to see if it was possible and I had a response from the team within 30 minutes telling me that procedure which is important to follow. I received my refund and got the upgrade within 24 hours fantastic service I was so happy with the help cannot wait to be back at Pacha awesome thanks guys.

I bought tickets to Sonny Fedora and I had to cancel because I live in the Midwest and couldn't make it out to NYC due to unforseen circumstances. I emailed them, and the refunded my ticket within an hour. I can't wait to get out there and experience the venue, but I know for sure that their customer service is the BEST. THANK YOU PACHA
