Very quick response so that wat great!
We bought tickets for the wrong date and the helped us te change the tickets to the day after so that we could still go.
Now we have the right tickets an the other we got redunded.

Great experience communicating with Pacha team!
Had a great experience in communicating with the Pacha and fourvenues team regarding ticket cancellation process. They provided all the needed information promptly and processed refund request for the ticket very efficiently! The whole process took less than 4-5 days.
