Had an issue booking - website was no clear - emailed for help - resolved it myself but almost immediately had help from support desk anyway so was pleased with response time had I not been able to resolve.

Disappointing customer service and lack…
Disappointing customer service and lack of support when an issue occurs
I am very disappointed with my experience with Fourvenues. We purchased tickets intending to attend a specific event, but received tickets for a different date. We had selected the correct event/date when making the purchase, and when we realized the issue, we immediately went to the venue to ask how it could be resolved.
The venue staff advised us to contact Fourvenues directly by email, which we did as soon as possible. The tickets were never used, and we provided all the relevant information and evidence, including examples showing that similar situations had been handled differently for other customers.
Unfortunately, Fourvenues refused to help and only referred to their standard refund policy, despite the fact that our situation was not a normal cancellation request. We were not trying to cancel a correctly purchased ticket — we were trying to resolve an issue with receiving tickets for the wrong event and had contacted them as soon as we discovered the problem.
What was most disappointing was the lack of willingness to review the specific circumstances or find a fair solution. I hope Fourvenues improves their customer support process and provides more flexibility when genuine issues occur.

We’d like to clarify that, for security reasons and in accordance with venue policies, all change or refund requests must be submitted before the event begins. Once an event has taken place, the system automatically closes the session, and we are legally and operationally unable to modify or refund those tickets.
While we always try to be as flexible as possible within our policies, our support team must adhere to these strict timeframes set directly by the venues.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback regarding how we communicate these policies, as it helps us keep improving. If you ever need assistance with future orders before an event starts, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via our Online Help Center—we'll always do our absolute best to help you out in time.
