I accidentally entered the wrong email…
I accidentally entered the wrong email when ordering my tickets. I emailed them from the email I found on the pacha website and they resent me my tickets within an hour of me contacting them. Such a massive help

Very quick customer service.
I incorrectly entered a name on a ticket that doesn't normally allow name changes. Contacted customer service and it was fixed within minutes. Very efficient!

Es la primera vez que compro una entrada a través de esta página y la experiencia ha sido de 10, de 100 o de 1.000.
Compré una entrada y a los 2 días iba a comprar otra pero no había asiento al lado. Les envié un correo para ver si había posibilidad de cambiar la que ya había comprado y me quedé gratamente sorprendida por la rapidez y profesionalidad en la respuesta. Me ayudaron en todo momento y, al final, me pudieron hacer el cambio para poder comprar la otra entrada justo en el asiento de al lado.
Ojalá supiera el nombre de la persona que me ayudó porque ha sido muy amable y muy profesional.
Si todo el personal es así, tienen un equipo excelente.
