Ticket purchase mistake
After realizing I had booked a number tickets on the wrong date for an event I wanted to go to I contacted "Fourvenues" to see if they could rectify my mistake.
Their customer service email replied to my email in minutes with the easy step by step solution to the problem.
The speed in how they replied and fixed the problem that I had created was top class and highly professional.
I will be only using "Fourvenues" for my tick purchases going forward from now on
