I had made a purchase for two tickets and noticed that one of the two did not send immediately (as the first one). I sent an email to their customer support and the issue was resolved in literally 2 minutes. I am beyond impressed and grateful!

My ticket wasn’t sent to my email address so I contacted them and they just needed the last 4 digits of my card and solved it straight away to put my mind at ease amazing company and reply straight away!

1st off i had purchased tickets for…
1st off i had purchased tickets for pacha i didnt get a drinks package at that point as I wasn’t sure my husband would be drinking he didn’t last year and would not suit us to have the drinks package..
We decided after few weeks after the ticket purchase that we should avail of the drinks package and went back into buy the drinks package, but discovered it’s only available at point of purchase of the club tickets this was disappointing after I had read the terms and conditions. It was my mistake. I contacted Pasha customer service who informed me that I could return my two original tickets and they would refund me and I could re-purchase two tickets and include the drinks package on it. I did what they advised and re-purchased two tickets with two drinks packages, I sent Pasha customer service my original two tickets with no drinks package they immediately processed the refund and within 2 days the money is in my account, for such a big club and thousands and thousands of customers. I received one on one customer service which was outstanding and I would recommend this service as it was 10 out of 10.

Excellent customer service
Pacha were extremely quick to respond to my query (I’d input the wrong email address) and had my tickets sent across to me in less than half an hour. Super excited for my visit to this legendary venue, especially when the team are so incredibly helpful and understanding!
