Overall Good but your ETA on the website is very misleading - for me it said ETA 13/12/2025 - then when I called your 1800 # after I ordered it I was told that it was ETA to your warehouse and then I didn't receive it till 19/12/2025. Need to be clearer.

I am not sure why would you rate our service poorly. We fulfilled this order promptly.

Any delay is caused by couriers, we do not use Australia Post, this has been shipped by FedEx and you were emailed a tracking number.
This is unfair review and doesn't reflect the speed of our delivery nor the quality of products and services

My product
My product, a two tiered fountain arrived promptly and more quickly than I thought it would. When assembled, it was exactly how I expected it to be and it worked well. It looks great in my garden and the birds and insects love it.

Great buying experience
What a great business! A friend of mine purchased a fountain at sale price but when I went online to purchase the same product, the sale had finished and it was a lot more expensive. I emailed and mentioned this. My email was answered very quickly and the same discounted price was given to me. Once paid for, the item was delivered only a few days later. I was surprised at the exceptional service as it is very rare these days! Thank you for a great buying experience!

Kasbar 4-tier water fountain looks great in rear garden.
1. The delivery driver was prompt, efficient, and friendly.
2. The fountain tiers were not all totally horizontal after the fountain was assembled. Water tipped out of one side of some tiers before it came out of the other sides. I had to insert wooden packaging underneath one side of the base of the fountain to ensure uniform water spraying and distribution and also to ensure that some water did not spill out of the large bottom tier onto the ground.
