Beautiful but Broken
Absolutely loved the bird bath, however, the wings on the fairy were broken off. Even though well packaged, there is not enough foam protection around sensitive wings. One good jolt would easily snap them.

My Lion water feature arrived very…
My Lion water feature arrived very promptly and is great quality, I’m giving one less star because I thought the installation instructions enclosed were not great, and then I tried to call for further information, I left a voice message and no one responded to my message. My husband ended up working out how to hang it (as no instructions and hook looked hard to hang from, we didn’t know if it was jammed) he also figured out how to install the solar pump and light, it is looking and working beautifully. So yes great quality product but instructions need to be updated and after sales service.

Expected the bird bath bowl to be deeper so it would last more than 20 minutes on a hot day. The product looks quite cheap given the price tag, thought it would be sturdier.

Of course water needs changing and topping up. This is a free standing feature not plumbed into water supply. Rule of thumb top up when needed and change water every 3 weeks. This why you rate us so poorly? Was our delivery bad? is the feature not up to your expectations?

Excellent, luxury, super care, bought 3 items.
well. so far i had 1 fireplace and 2 fountains, this review is about my entire experience, these guys are the best with quality products and super friendly care of any concern, i had an issue with one of the 3 items i got, sent them and in less than 20 minutes got a reply, my whole concern was vanished the same day with following care and helped me as they promised with out any delay, if you want some one who is truly following Australian market standards then you have to deal with these awesome guys.
