Kasbar 4-tier water fountain looks great in rear garden.
1. The delivery driver was prompt, efficient, and friendly.
2. The fountain tiers were not all totally horizontal after the fountain was assembled. Water tipped out of one side of some tiers before it came out of the other sides. I had to insert wooden packaging underneath one side of the base of the fountain to ensure uniform water spraying and distribution and also to ensure that some water did not spill out of the large bottom tier onto the ground.

We were sold a defective fountain coat…
We were sold a defective fountain coat $600 that is leaking water and built incorrectly, we have to pour water into the basin every 1.5 hours for the fountain to work properly and prevent the motor from running dry and overheating.
We have even sent videos of the defect and requested a full refund however Fountain store is not being responsive.
Please help urgently!

We have actually replied, a replacement is on its way. Not sure what do you mean by not responsive. We have replied in writing that a replacement fountain will be sent, not sure if you have even read our reply.

Lovely fountain exactly as described. I was impressed with the professional handling of this purchase. Ordering was simple. Continued update from dispatch to delivery which was prompt and efficient. The delivery driver was polite and placed the carton on my back deck.

I ordered the Chakra Newest Buddha…
I ordered the Chakra Newest Buddha Water Feature – Fandango Exclusive Collection 2025 and even paid extra for fast delivery. After taking my payment, they contacted me and said the item was “broken” and they couldn’t deliver it. This already felt suspicious.
Then the person who communicated with me (I only have his mobile number: 0440 130 389) promised me $200 off any other item because it was their mistake. I selected another item and asked them to ship it today with the $200 discount applied, and refund the remaining balance.
Now suddenly he says he cannot do that, and that I must “order online first” and then he will refund my money — which clearly looks like another lie. So far, no refund has been processed and I'm still waiting for the money I paid.
This company is absolutely unprofessional, misleading, and feels like a scam. They make promises they do not keep, change their words, and avoid taking responsibility. I have NEVER seen such dishonest service. Be careful — they take your money first and then make excuses.
I strongly do NOT recommend this store. Total scammers and liars.

We sadly can not accept unreasonable discounts. Damage occurred in transit, you got notified immediately, offered solutions but none accepted. This is unforeseen mishap that is caused by couriers and not ourselves. What has been requested is unfeasible, unreasonable & unjustified. Purchase made Wednesday, item shipped Thursday, damage occurred 11:30 am you got notified 3:00 pm. Full refund processed on Friday morning. Read our reviews, we don't shy away from responsibility but we know very well our rights and responsibilities.
