Great service great communication. Quality product.Had a issue setting up but they walked me through everything and very satisfied.

Ordered on June 21st and it says 5-7 shipping days. So far I have heard nothing other than and email that says I ordered it. Now you send me a review of how you are doing. so far, not good. Please update when my shipment will arrive

Quit selling things that don't work as advertised. Specifically- Foscam BT4 cameras.

Still waiting 3 weeks for shipment. TheyDID bill my card without shipping. I received 1 update text.

The license key for Blue Iris was sent les than 7 hours after ordering. I am also satisfied with the price.

I have been trying for two weeks to get a return authorization for a defective camera that was sent to me. You responded once to my email saying a form would be sent out which was never done. Since then I have emailed several times with no response. I can find no phone number to call and when I finally found one I got and answering service that said you would call me back and never have. You claim to have a no hassle return. Seems like a hassle to me as you are ignoring me.

This camera (V5P) is a much improved outdoor bullet camera. The WiFi connection is more reliable and the microphone is built in (as opposed to an add on). The only issue I have with this camera is it records in fmv format and I can’t find a utility that will play this format file. Foscam had sent me a link to a utility that is supposed to work but I doesn’t work on my systems.

Not received. Shipment lost

The rep was polite and seemed to want to help honestly. But seemed to have limited knowledge of the product in question; it took a lot of back and forth with pictures to get them to understand the issue. The final resolution was to have me DIY it, and "offer two month free cloud service as a gift"

When ordering a product online there was no mention that it was out of stock. I only received partial shipment of my order. If a product is out of stock, then should not be allowed to order. The camera is useless to me without the weather proof box to install it and I only have short window where I will be onsite to work on the project.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. NO replies to my
emails. NO ONE has helped at all. And you still owe me my refund.

(is little help at all with my camera problems. Its been 6 days and the FEDEX tracking number states my camera has not shipped. I have ask for help and i finely I think have fixed another camera that has not been working correctly.

Camera was easy to install and surprisingly bright lights. Overall, a good product.

I got the solar cameras and they only work when they want to.

It just doesn't work not happy with it

Cameras are excellent, easy programming and installation. Mine are remote wireless and work beautifully in a metal barn. Customer support is awesome as well. Very prompt and they follow up. Highly recommend, especially for the price.
