They will not connect to WiFi ! I’ve dealt with customer support and requested return label so I can return cameras and I’m getting ignored ! No answer to my emails !!!!!!

Actual purchase price is not the same as original price. It’s cheating. I can send you the images on both. Coupon code couldn’t enter although pressed several times.

Nice product for a reasonable price. Easy to setup and install.

Cam was easy to install and was a little difficult to set up. Camera view good but slow in real time.

Cloud service doesn't work. Two different cameras. Two different networks. All good broadband. They take your money though. That bit works... :-(

So far the floodlight camera works great. Shipping was fast and the price was great.

I understand I misread your terms. But when the camera was received I submitted a request to return even before any box was opened and was told I would need to pay return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. If I had purchased the exact same camera from your Amazon store there would have been no shipping or restocking fee. Lesson learned. Will NEVER buy from you directly again.

A month ago, I ordered Foscam's Pro Annual Cloud Service
& BlueIris Software package.
The Order was never fulfilled...
I sent an email to Support, but never heard back!

The app cuts out often. I am pretty confident my information was compromised upon paying for the service. So instead of feeling more secure, this crappy service I can thank most likely for having my bank account hacked and my private info out on the dark web.

The annual cloud plan I purchased was deceiving. Thought it was part of a boho. After purchase, I found out it was only a cloud recording for one camera.

First of all, since I had the first camera and it worked very well for me, I had confidence in the system and its practicality to view them pleased me and additionally its installation was very easy, therefore I already have these cameras in two houses and in my office and I will continue incorporating more!

Nothing was ever delivered and I keep getting expiration notices for my account which I paid for on order #24492. This is all just a piece of internet crap and I am contacting my credit card company.

Foscam B4 camera is terrible, in last 3-4 hours and then it needs direct power and a reset. Firmware updates had to be done manual. Foscam support is the Support NO HELPLINE. Since 11-24 this camera does not work.

Ive been holding of on my review until i received and setup the camera.
But. ..It's been over a month since I ordered. Still no shipment. Several emails to Foscam and no indication as to when it will arrive.
