Great customer support. Nora was very helpful in getting the camera replaced when we discovered the connector was broken to the WiFi PCB card and not fixable

I've been using foscam camera for years. These cameras have the worst response. They're so intermittent. They don't catch what it's supposed to catch and I've tried everything, I reached out to tech support with no avail

The cameras don’t perform like I expected. People are able to walk up to the front door or park in the driveway and the cameras completely miss this event but it catches falling leaves. Doesn’t make me feel safe at all

Your product just keeps getting better over the years. I've been using Foscam IP cameras for over 15 years and each generation gets sharper and faster.

Scammers!! I paid for cloud rec. can not use the option and no reaction from foscam. I’ve sent 2 emails, Foscam is not replying. I Lost my money!

I purchased the Foscam and it had not worked properly from day one. I contacted support for troubleshooting and see what I can do to fix it. Their suggestion was to buy their more improved camera. Why would I buy another one when the one I have don’t work!! Don’t waste your money and buy from a brand who actually cares about the safety of their customers.

Hard time ordering from their website discount codes not working check out process has been broken a few times normally ordering is fast and service is good. Something is changed. Love the camera systems just wish I could order them and receive them in a timely fashion.

Cameras are nicely designed, and easy to use. They have a full set of features that are normally found in much more expensive cameras.

Customer service is awful. Representatives have an "I don't care attitude." Apparently this company's management is outside the USA and so escalating an issue is near impossible. If you a buying a camera there are so many better sellers to choose from. Now I have to return my camera and that has already become an additional headache. Don't believe the "hassle free" anything posted on their web site.

Great customer service and support

My cameras hardly give alerts. They are only good if I want to look outside without going out. I bought them for security, and they are far from a security device. I'm very unhappy with them!

Ordering was very straightforward and the site was easy to use. I was able to get some good deals on replacement IP PoE cameras and they were shipped to me in the expected amount of time.
