Prices are very reasonable and tech support is above average. I’ve bought many Foscam products over the years and have never been disappointed.

My order was placed online and I received a text confirming that the order was placed. It did not contain an order number or tracking information. The cameras arrived without a packing slip or any information about shipping or returns. Simply two cameras in a brown box. My contractor informed me that I had ordered the wrong cameras so it was necessary to return the first order. So far, I have received no information about how to return them. I went ahead and ordered the correct cameras which are now installed. The most recent communication with Foscam was an attempt to get me to keep the first set for a 10% discount!
Consumers expect the following when they order online:
Order number, tracking information, return information. None of this was provided by this company. Would not recommend.

Digital zoom is cheap technology when you can buy a Reolink for the same price with 3x optical zoom. Foscam used to be a good brand. Not anymore.

I ordered 2 outdoor cameras from Foscam in November 2024. When they arrived I realized they would not work properly in my situation so I requested an RMA. After a couple of emails I finally received the RMA information and returned the 2 items to a location in California. Even with Proof of Delivery, Foscam continued to delay refunding my purchase less than a 10% restocking charge. I followed up numerous times via email and was promised each time that the refund was "being processed", and that if I didn't receive it within a few days I should write back. I finally gave up communicating with their customer support and disputed the charge with the credit card company. It still took them another 2 months to finally resolve the issue. I cannot comment on the quality of the cameras, but I can tell you the customer support team, especially when it comes to returns and refunds, is very poor. I would never consider purchasing anything else directly from Foscam

Foscam makes a great wireless camera very easy to install and set up. Using it also it is very nice especially with all the different options avaible that can easily be change / adjusted from your phone using the Foscam app. Unbelievable what you get for what the cost is. A highly suggested camera.

Knowledge people who owned the issue and went the extra distance till I t was resolved.

I had a requirement and FOSCAM filled it perfectly. From research to spec'ing to purchase it was FOSCAM all the way. These cameras work perfectly for our needs at a price point you cannot walk away from.

The product was poorly packaged, and I only received one camera because the envelope was not sealed or you only shipped me one on a Bogo

Love the cameras. Just wish that when you switch to playback that you could default to SD card and not Cloud!

I really enjoy and think the product is very good. I believe the cameras all work like they should. I use or have many cameras from foscam and have no issue. The reason for the 3 stars is customer service. Last week I accidentally ordered the wrong camera, I noticed it when I un-boxed it. I emailed right away and asked if I could send it back and simply exchange it. The response I received back was sure for a stupid amount of restocking fee and then shipping back. The amount to send back for exchange was close to the amount of camera! So I ordered the right camera that I needed and simply kept the wrong one and will try and sell it.

Good price, easy to setup and use with the iPhone app

It's been almost a month and I'm still waiting on half my order. The only update I received was when I reached out to see where it was and was only told it hadn't shipped yet.

You sent US offers to me In Canada. Then completed the purchase. Then informed me that you cannot ship to Canada. Then I lost $15.00 on exchange rate. You tell me to use a Canadian vendor that marks up prices 100pcent over your online prices. I own 9 cameras and a PVR and can't add due to the outrageous Canadian policies. That's why one star.

The human detection records movement, but fails to send a notification on a regular basis. Some times it does, but most times it does not.
It’s within 30 feet of my WiFi router and has a great reliable connection.

Do NOT do business with this company! They falsely advertised a product I purchased, then after agreeing to have the product shipped back to them at their cost for a refund, now they wont refund me because the dispute had expired, and according to my bank, nothing I can do! Chinese crooks!
