A fuel charge is ridiculous… we are all struggling with the increase in price at the moment. Not a good look for your brand.

I was very impressed with how quickly my order came and to top that, I had forgot to put the discount code in given before placing my order and contacted customer service to see if the difference could be refunded and was dealt with a member of the team called Alex who said this will refunded. Excellent customer service provided and if I ever need to use them again, I wouldn't hesitate to and would happily recommend them

Simple straightforward experience in finding and buying what I needed

I had ordered something which will be a birthday present but had selected the wrong delivery option and it would not have arrived in time. I spoke to Samantha who was very helpful and arranged for the delivery to be changed to next day, which left me extremely satisfied with the service received. Many thanks

CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY. Poor products all around. I spend $300 each on goals in January. It’s Mid March and they’re already broken at the hinges. Might be good for 8 year olds but nothing higher. Balls also tend to have 3 flat out of 12 and pinnies ripping right away. Don’t make the mistake I did and spend your money elsewhere.

Alex was very helpful in giving me the 15% discount after I had bought the item without entering the promo code.

Everything that could have gone wrong went wrong and the company doesn't respond. I tried to contact them multiple times after not receiving my item and they only responded once I contacted my credit card company. They then agreed to refund my shipping fee once the credit card claim was closed, so I reached out multiple times since it has been closed, but they have not responded.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I bought goalkeeper gloves for my son, but they were too small, so I needed to exchange them. The process was far from straightforward — I had to pay for the return myself, which was frustrating enough, but then I was sent the same size again.

When I called to seek advice and resolve the issue, the customer service team were unhelpful and offered no real support. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!!
